1 Central New York August 9th to 11th 2019 Deadline to Register is August 2nd Early Bird Discount Deadline is June 30th $43.00 per person, or $33.00 per person Saturday only Early Bird Discount: $35 per person, or $25 for Saturday only, with any registration received by 6/30/19. Includes Meals and Patch To be held at Onondaga Yacht Club, Liverpool, NY This is your chance to learn to sail and race small sailboats Lasers, Sunfish, Force Five and more This event is open to all Registered Sea Scouts No experience necessary Plus: An Evening Galley Cook Off Challenge, a movie and more!

2 1. This event is open to the first 50 registrants. 2. Crews will be chosen based on experience. Experienced sailors will be placed with non-experienced. 3. Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Sunday Breakfast is included. 4. Each participant must provide evidence of completion of the BSA swim test. Signed confirmation from unit leader will be sufficient. 5. Each participant must have permission slips and BSA medical form part A and B. 6. Must bring your own USCG approved life jacket. 7. Each unit should bring snack to share at the Friday night cracker barrel. Camping 1. We will be camping on the grounds of the Yacht Club, so space is limited. 2. Boy Scout style tents or equivalent only. No large family tents. 3. Due to limited space please maximize tent usage. Fit as many people in each tent as possible. 4. No fires of any kind. Galley Cook off challenge Saturday Evening. 1. Each unit will supply its own meal on Saturday evening. 2. A portion of the meal will be submitted to a team of judges. 3. Each unit must supply its own patrol cooking gear. 4. Cooking is to be done on Coleman style stoves. No fires are allowed. 5. Prizes will be given based on presentation, style, originality and taste. 6. The theme of the meal should be Galley cooking. Imagine you are at high seas and need to provide a meal for your crew.
