PARENT PORTAL: A Step-by-Step Guide

1 CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT: Access to the student portal: go to the enrol tab then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the enrol button; OR On the top right is the Login or Create Account buttons. Choose the appropriate button depending on whether you are accessing this site for the first time or returning. For first time users, you will receive a validation code to your address which you will need to enter in order to proceed. At the bottom of the page is also the log in or create account buttons:

2 ADD YOUR STUDENT/S TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Once you have created your account you will then need to add your students. On the left hand menu you will see a range of menu items which includes students. When you click on this link it will open up a screen to allow you to enter all students in your family to your account. Anyone that is entered under your account you will be responsible for the payment of their classes. At any time that you need to make adjustments to a student in your family click on the edit button. Use this button if you have any medical issues that may need to be updated. TO ENROL INTO A CLASS: To enrol into a class, from the left hand menu select Classes This will now display all classes that we offer at Avion Aerial Circus School.

3 To help narrow down your search for classes you can select different class filters eg. if you want a junior silks class, in the Programs drop down menu select Junior Aerial and click on submit All junior aerial classes will now be displayed. Junior aerial classes include: Silks Lyra Circus Purpose Junior Circus classes are: Junior circus Junior group tumbling Junior contortion There is a separate Program for junior acrobatics. All junior classes will show as a Waitlist enrolment. This does not always mean that classes are full. We ask that juniors enrol onto a waitlist so that they can be into the right class dependant on their skills.

4 After clicking on waitlist you will be directed to the enrolment screen: This is where you will choose the student to enrol into the class and select your payment schedule. If you wish to choose the default class payment schedule you will be choosing weekly Wednesday. The options you have are weekly, monthly or termly. After you have selected your student from the drop down menu click on the continue enrolment button The next screen is where you will add the class to the cart. After you have added this class to the cart you are able to go back and select more classes to add to your cart before finalising your transaction. However, if you are ready to proceed to checkout click on this button in the next screen:

5 This next screen will confirm the costs associated with your enrolment including any registration fees if enrolling either for the first time or at the start of each year: Now you are ready to add your payment details and finalise your transaction. The screen will look like this:

6 For first time transactions, select credit/debit card. You will be asked to enter your card details as well as your home address: Alternatively, if you are adding a class to your current enrolments, you can select the autopay option in the form of payment drop down menu. Once you have selected your preferred payment method and entered any necessary card details click on the preview payment button. The next screen will look like this:

7 Now that you have entered your payment details to finish your enrolment click on Process Payment By clicking on Process Payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of this transaction When you see this screen you have completed your enrolment into the class.

8 FOR JUNIOR ENROLMENTS: If it is a waitlist enrolment for a junior class you will receive an automatic advising of your enrolment request and then a confirmation from our junior co-ordinator as soon as possible to confirm your registration in the selected class. You will receive a confirmation immediately advising of your enrolment into an active position within the class. Congratulations and welcome to Avion Aerial Circus School!!! Should you need to update your card details at any time you simply need to head to the manage payment options in the left hand menu In the drop down menu select credit/debit card

9 This will expand to allow you to enter your new card number, expiry date and CVV number. It is a requirement of iclass software that you enter your address details in this screen as well. It will not accept the change of card details if these are left blank. Once you have finished entering your new card details hit submit payment information and your details will be saved. Please note that each time you change your card details, IntegraPay charge a $0.33 fee for updating your card.
