2 3. Enter company registration code: Pandarg-check and click NEXT 4. Click on Enter Information

3 5. Please include Fist name, Last name and Social security number without dash 6. Click on NEXT on next screen 7. You will be asked a series of security questions, this is information pulled from public records. Answer all the questions to proceed. Please answer question within 30 second time slot.

4 If you do not complete the security questions within the time slot, are locked out and/or come across additional issues, contact your ipay Admin for personal registration code via at or call (626) ext o In the , please include Full Name, EID and/or DOB Once you receive your personal registration code, follow Create Account Using Personal Registration Code steps below If you do not encounter any login issues, continue to Step 8 CREATE ACCOUNT USING PERSONAL REGISTRATION CODE: A. Input registration code provided by IPAY admin B. Click NEXT C. Click YES

5 D. Identify yourself: Input your First name and last name Identify yourself by using EID (00 seven-digit EID #), last 4 digits of social security or birth date Click CONFIRM E. Click Register Now when the pop-up window appears

6 Once you have logged in by using a Pandarg-check or a personal registration code, you will arrive at the following page below. 8. Enter in your current address and mobile phone number Can enter either work or personal 9. Click on drop box and choose the country code: Ex. United States+1 Type your mobile number starting with the area code

7 10. Create a password and re-enter it in to confirm 11. Select three security questions, enter in the answers, and click Register Now

Once you ve successfully registered for an ipay ADP account, this confirmation page should appear If Associate forgot User ID, password or is suspended, please contact your IPAY admin via at In the , please include the Associate s Full Name and EID # User ID will remain the same You will receive a temporary password either to or mobile phone When you receive , please type in temporary password while logging in (the password is case sensitive) Screen will appear asking for current password (current password is the temporary password-case sensitive) If the Associate changed First name or Last name: Send an to ipayadmin@pandarg.com In the , please include the Associate s old name, new name, DOB and EID # We will forward the information to our ADP Agency to combine IPay account for the Associate Please have the Associate download previous paystubs because once IPay account is combined, the Associate will no longer has access to the previous paystubs
