1 Site/Account Set-up Manual You now have your own online print and design company. It s time to get everything set up! Your site is ready to take orders right now but your first step is to read this guide of things to do that will help you and make your new venture easier to manage.

2 Paperwork Along with your site login information you will have received an entirety agreement and W-9. This paperwork must be submitted back to us within 5 business days of receiving the welcome . This paperwork can be submitted by fax to or scan and it to info@printinginabox.com. You will not receive commission checks until this paperwork has been submitted.

3 Check Your Logins We have taken great care in setting up all of your logins so that you have easy access to all of your accounts. You should still check them all to make sure they work. There are three logins you need to check. Admin Login Login Wholesale Login If there are any issues with any of your logins contact us immediately by sending an to or by calling us at

4 Your We have given you an account for your site. This account is This is where all correspondences with us and your site will take place. You receive an here every time an order is placed, an account is created or someone fills out a form on your site. You will also receive s here if there has been an issue with an order or if we are responding to a request you have made for your website. You are welcome to create additional accounts. If you are in Plans 1-4 there is a one time $10 fee for additional accounts. You can click HERE to make that request.

5 Your Due to the system function with the ordering system your accounts with PIAB can NOT be forwarded to other systems such as GMail, AOL, Yahoo, etc. You can however receive the s in a mail management system such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail. You can also receive s on smartphones. We highly recommend that you set both a mail manager and your phone to receive s. See next slide for settings.

6 Manager Settings Outlook, Windows Mail Live, Mac Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird With any luck, just by inputting your and password the account will be configured by the software. Server information will be the next step to configure. If the is still not functioning check More Settings. Regardless of how many steps it takes you, you must do #4 for your smartphone to also function. 1.Go to Account Settings Click New or Add Account Select Account if it not already selected Input the info requested. Your Name, Address: Password: The password we provided you. Depending on the version of the software you are using simply putting in this info may configure your for you. If not take the following steps.

7 Manager Settings 2. Select Configure Mail Settings Server Information Type: POP3 Incoming Mailer Server: mail.printingfulfillment.com Outgoing Mailer Server: mail.printingfulfillment.com Check Remember Password Uncheck Require SPA (Secure Password Authentication

Outgoing Server Outgoing Server: Uncheck My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication Connection: Check Connect using my local area network Advanced: Incoming POP Port 110, Outgoing Server SMTP Port 25, Uncheck: This server requires encrypted connection. 4. Go to Account Settings Leave a copy on the server Go to More Settings Click Advanced Check Box: Leave a copy on the server.

9 Smartphone Settings There are an abundance of smartphones and pretty much every phone these days can receive s. We are going to touch on the Windows, iphone, DROID and Black Berry. If your phone does not fall into one of these categories, chances are it will still work with these settings.

10 Windows Phone Settings Windows Phone Swipe right to left to go to the program list. Select Settings. Select and accounts. Select add an account. Select other account. In the Address field, enter your entire address, Enter your Password. Select sign-in. You will see an error saying "We couldn't find the settings for the account information you entered..." Select advanced. In the Incoming Mail Server field enter mail.printingfulfillment.com.

11 Windows Phone Settings In the Account type field, select POP3. In the Username field, enter your entire address, Enter your Password. In the Outgoing Mail Server field enter mail.printingfulfillment.com Select Outgoing server does not requires authentication Select Advanced settings. Uncheck Require SSL for incoming mail if it is checked Uncheck Require SSL for outgoing mail if it is checked. Select sign in. Test your address by sending an to a different address, and then replying.

12 iphone (or ipad) Setting If this is the first account you re setting up on the iphone or the ipod Touch, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars> Add Account. Tap Other. Tap Add Mail Account Enter: Your Name Enter your full Address. Example: Your Password Tap Save Tap POP

13 iphone (or ipad) Setting Enter; Incoming Mail Server as mail.printingfulfillment.com Your full Address. Example: Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) as mail.printingfulfillment.com Leave user name and password blank for outgoing. Tap Save. A warning Secure Connection Failed will appear. Tap continue. Tap your account. Scroll down and tap Advanced. Set use SSL to OFF.

14 iphone (or ipad) Setting Tap the top left arrow to go back. Tap SMTP. Tap your Primary Server. Set use SSL to OFF. Tap Server Port and enter 25.

17 Settings Conclusion Remember to make sure that you have your mail manager (Outlook Etc.) set to keep a copy on the server or your phone will not function correctly. 19 Website Modifications After you have read your site you should have a grasp on any changes you would like to make. Any modifications after the initial build of your site must be submitted with in 2 business days of your site being live. Send changes to support@printinginabox.com. Be sure to send all changes in one as apposed to sending multiple s, this will help to avoid confusion and insure all changes are done correctly the first time. If your site changes consist of a complete site redesign or template change an additional cost may be incurred. For any modifications submitted after 2 business days a cost will be incurred. There is also a link in your admin section for site modifications. There you will find a shopping cart to make changes to your site, ad features, create Google Ad Campaigns and much more.

20 Set Up Your Your is very important and will need to checked often. When ever a new account is created or an order is made you will receive an . Your contact page and custom quote forms send directly to your as well. To make things easier on you we suggest using an management software such as Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird to manage your s using the below POP3 settings. (Mac users: Mac-Mail) You can also receive s on any Smart Phone, PDF or Black Berry with the below POP3 settings. 21 Watch Your Training Videos! This is very important! In the control panel of your website you will find links labeled Training Video 1 and 2. These videos are very important and can be watched as many times as you feel is necessary. These videos will cover; Product Knowledge The different features of your admin section How to track orders and manage customers How to create promo/discount codes How to order promo materials How to order at whole sale And much more!

22 Order Promo Materials For Promo Materials you should order Business Cards Flyers Postcards for Mailers Remember When Designing Your Promo Material (Or if we re designing for you, provide the below info and what you want in detail) List A Special or Discount. 23 New Accounts When a customer creates a new account we send a sample pack to them. Sample packs come in a 9x12 Envelope Branded with your logo accompanied by a Thank You letter on Branded Letter Head from your site. You will also receive an that is generated automatically by the system with all of the information filled in when they create their account. A good habit to get into is calling new accounts when they are created. Introduce your self and ask if there is anything you can help them with. Even though you are running an online print shop, it doesn t hurt to add the human element by actually talking to your customers. This only adds validity to your business and helps create personal relationships with your customers.

24 Marketing Guides In the training section of your admin you will find 3 marketing guides. Contained in these guides are helpful tips on ways you can be marketing your new website. Your account manager is available to help and assist you in executing any marketing campaigns you need.

25 Referrals Your best and most valuable form of advertisement are your customers. The more people that you have saying good things about you and your business the better. When ever possible go that extra mile. You would be surprised at how far it can really go. When you go out of your way for someone it makes an impression and that s what gets you referrals and repeat business.
