4 21 st July 2015: OpenAccess for SO Pending Members Users may use the Express Register feature for a Member who only has an SO Pending Account. Once Registration has been completed by the CSR, the Member will be able to access the site. Only coops with Registration Types of Member Number or SSN Digits can utilize this feature. 4 th August 2015: OpenAccess for SO Pending Members This feature was further expanded to allow SO Pending Members to Register themselves via the OpenAccess login page. 6 18 th August 2015: Mark Individual Charge Codes As Billed The Mark As Billed functionality that was previously controlled by the configuration for BILLING > MARK_NEW_CHGS_BILLED has been modified. The configuration has been removed and Charge Codes can now be set up to Auto Mark As Billed from the Charge Code Setup form. Charges can continue to be marked As Billed from the various forms, such as the Statement Charges form. In addition, if a charge is set to be marked As Billed and it is applied through a process, such as Penalty Events, it will automatically be marked as such. Configuration: n/a

8 18 th August 2015: Transfer Credit Balances The (secured) 'Transfer Credit Balance' menu option under the 'Account' menu shows Members who have a credit on one Account and a debit on another. Allows a user to transfer the credits for multiple Accounts at one time. Security: Menu Account Menu Transfer Credit Balances Notes: Unable to edit amount of credit to transfer. Unable to spread the credit between multiple Accounts for the Member. RFF has been created to address these current limitations.

10 1 st September 2015: Sync AMI Meter Status A user may manually run a job at any time that will sync AMI Meter Statuses with their AMI vendor. This action is performed via the Sync AMI Meter Status option under the Meter menu. For some coops, this database job runs automatically, either once a day or at various intervals throughout the day. However, when a Meter can not be connected or disconnected via normal ATS methods or workflow and it becomes necessary to connect/disconnect a Meter via the AMI software, Meter Statuses will become out of sync and this manual process may be used. Note: Depending on the number of AMI Meters, the process could take a considerable amount of time to complete. Security: Menu Meter Menu Sync AMI Meter Status

12 9 th September 2015: Increased OpenAccess Security 1. Passwords are stored encrypted and hashed in the database. 2. Can specify a required password length. 3. Can specify that a number is required within the password. 4. Can specify a special character is required in the password. 5. Can specify that an uppercase letter is required within the password. Configurations: WEB PASSWORD_LENGTH REQUIRE_NUMBER_IN_PASSWORD REQUIRE_SPECIALCHARACTER_IN_PASSWORD REQUIRE_UPPERCASE_IN_PASSWORD Note: If a coop decides to use any of these configurations, the restriction will only apply to new registrations or to Members who are changing their password.
13 9 th September 2015: Increased OpenAccess Security 6. Passwords will no longer be sent via when the Member clicks the Forgot Password link on the OpenAccess Login page. Instead a link will be sent to the Member with instructions to reset their password after they enter a valid address and verify their account with a correct answer to the Security Question.

15 9 th September 2015: Increased OpenAccess Security 7. Passwords will no longer be sent via when a user clicks the Reset Password button from the Internet tab of the Member browser in CIS. Instead a link will be sent to the Member with instructions to reset their password after they enter a valid address and verify their account with a correct answer to the Security Question. 8. The Login Info button on the Internet tab of the Member browser has been removed.
16 9 th September 2015: Increased OpenAccess Security 9. On the Account Management, Reset Password, and Complete Registration pages of OpenAccess, an indicator was added which displays whether or not the password being entered is meeting the criteria set by the coop. The indicator also shows the strength of the password.
17 9 th September 2015: Increased OpenAccess Security 10. For the Express Register option (via Member browser or OpenPay Setup), passwords will be masked as they are entered. This replicates the existing functionality for the Complete Register option from the Member browser to ensure consistency.
18 9 th September 2015: Automatic Lock-Out The OpenAccess Login process will track login attempts and will lock the user out of the site when X number of unsuccessful attempts have been made. An additional configuration will dictate the number of minutes that must elapse until the login attempt counter is reset and the user may attempt to login again. Configuration: WEB MAX_LOGON_ATTEMPTS INVALIDLOGIN_WINDOW (default is 5 minutes)
19 9 th September 2015: Direct OpenAccess Links Notifications for OpenNotify and other system generated s may include hyperlinks with direct linking capabilities to OpenAccess pages. The Member is still required to login, but once logged in, the first page they see will be the page referenced on the link they clicked. 22 8 th December 2015: CIS Task Management The 'My Task Manager' module allows users to create personal Tasks/Reminders from within CIS and associate them to a specific Account, Service, Member, Meter, or Service Order. Tasks can be created from the central Task Management form or from within each browser. When the Task becomes Due, a pop-up will appear or an will be sent. Tasks may also be assigned to other users within the Coop. Configuration: UP_TASK_MGMT ALLOW_UP_TASK_MGMT_YN Note: Contact CIS Support to enable. Charges may apply. Database Job: USER_TASK_REMINDER

26 8 th December 2015: CIS Task Management Set a date, select the Task Type, assign to another user (if applicable), specify the delivery type (pop-up or ), and enter a note.
27 8 th December 2015: CIS Task Management Users can manage their own Tasks/Reminders via My Task Manager. Modify an existing item, Complete a Task, or Cancel.
28 5 th January 2016: IVR Payment Spread IVR Payments may now be spread across multiple Accounts for a single Member when the Accounts are Group Billed or Billed With (ie: Billed on the same Statement). Payments will spread in the same fashion as if the Payment had been posted via the Batch Payment form. The existing configuration for PAYMENT > BATCHPAYMENTACCOUNTSPREAD must be set to Y. Configuration: WEB PAY IVR - AUTO SPREAD PAYMENT Y/N
29 1 st March 2016: Require Not for Reversed Payments Users can be required to enter text in the 'Note' field when Reversing a Payment AS CASH. Configuration: PAYMENT REQUIRE_NOTE_CASH_REVERSAL_YN
30 12 th April 2016: Reconnect Fee by Cutoff Reason When a Payment is taken on a Cutoff Account (either for Arrears, NSF, or an Arrangement), the Reconnect Fee form that appears can default the Reconnect Amount based not only on the time of day, but also the Type of Cutoff. Essentially, the coop will have the ability to specify different Reconnect Fee Amounts for each type of Cutoff. Configuration: CUTOFFS APPLY_RECONNECT_FEE_BY_CUTOFF_REASON_YN Notes: Contact CIS Support to use this functionality as a control table must also be configured.

32 12 th April 2016: Import Meter Testing Results CIS allows Meter Test Results to be imported through the Meter Testing form when accessed from the Meter Menu. The file imported must be comma delimited and consist of 4 fields: Meter Number, Result Code, Date, Notes. 34 26 th April 2016: Daily Usage & Hi/Low Temps in XML The Billing Statement XML may now include data elements for Daily Usage, Daily High/Low Temperature values, and Monthly High/Low Temperature values. Configuration: STATEMENT INCLUDE_HIGH_AND_LOW_TEMP_IN_XML_YN INCLUDE_DAILY_GRAPH_IN_XML_YN Notes: OpenUsage must be enabled in CIS. Contact your print vendor to incorporate the new data on printed Billing Statements.
