4 Change the country to the country you are living in. Type in your country code in the format 00xx, then put a blank space and add your personal number, e.g.: Please use an address that you check on regularly, as you will receive important information via that address. 4

Follow the link included in the , which will lead you to the next step on the website (below) or alternatively click on verify your E- Mail on the left and enter the activation code that you received in the . Your username will be your family name, written in small letters. 5

FAI = Exchange track at the Faculty of Applied Computer Science Austauschstud. Jura = Exchange track at the Faculty of Law Austauschstud. KTHF = Exchange track at the Faculty of Catholic Theology Austauschstud. MNTF = Exchange track at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Material Engineering Austauschstud. Phil.-Hist. = Exchange track at the Faculty of Philology and History Austauschstud. Phil.-Soz. = Exchange track at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences Austauschstud. WiWi = Exchange track at the Faculty of Business and Economics 7

9 Select where you obtained your university entrance qualification. >> Erasmus+ students: Choose Allgemeine Hochschulreife im Ausland >> WeltWeit students: Choose Fachgebundene Hochschulreife im Ausland erworben Input 99 Press Next. Fill in the date of your university entrance qualification. > The date is stated on your high school certificate (or any equivalent). 9

10 Press Next. Choose Austausch / exchange program. (Even though you might have one of the listed certificates!) Press Next. 10

11 Data is filled in automatically. Confirm that your data is correct by ticking the box, then press Submit request to finish your online application and start with your online enrollment. 11

13 Your personal data should already be filled in (grey boxes). If not, please add the missing information. Press Next. 13

14 Choose This address is my home address. If some information is missing, please fill in. Press Next. 14

17 Please click on Add Degree at Another University. 17

18 Fill in the country of your home university. Choose Abschl. außerh. Deutschland. Choose First Enrollment. Fill in the subject you are studying. Press Next. 18

19 The darker grey field should be automatically filled in. If not, please fill in the country of your home university and the subject you are studying. Press Next. 19

23 Your online application is complete now. Choose print the enrollment request to generate your Antrag auf Zulassung (application for admission). 23
