2 Once you login using the default password, click Change Password

4 Update , Address & Telephone Numbers. Click update to save Upload a professional picture

5 When an evaluation is due to be completed in PharmAcademic, you will receive an notification from the McCreadie Group.. Log in to PharmAcademic and click the link on the Home screen to begin the evaluation.

6 Once the assessment is open, information at the top of each page lists the name of the evaluator, the name of the person (or site/rotation) being evaluated, the name of the evaluation, and the due date.

7 Click on Experiential Schedule to see your upcoming rotations Details: View preceptor details, information about the site, and information about the rotation. Function Description DownLoad Schedule Create a PDF version of your schedule. Please note that you must have a PDF reader installed on your computer or mobile device to use this function. Request Change/View Send a message to the experiential office to request a change to your Past Requests Primary schedule. Preceptor: Click the name of the preceptor to send an to the primary preceptor. View past messages and responses from the experiential office. Primary Preceptor Click the name of the preceptor to send an to the primary preceptor. Note that this functionality must be enabled in your on your computer or mobile device to take advantage of this function. Details View preceptor details, information about the site, and information about the rotation (if available). On the Details screen, you can also see a list of evaluations. Click Go to complete and submit an evaluation. You can also View any completed evaluations.

8 When you click on the details tab, you will see your preceptor contact information and evaluations

13 In your Biography Statement, you can include such things as: Where you are from Why you decided to become a Pharmacist Professional interests Accomplishments Hobbies

18 Entering evidence in PharmPortfolio is a way to document individual achievements and track progress toward learning goals. To update evidence, click add

19 There are sixteen types of evidence in PharmPortfolio, and each type of evidence has its own set of information that can be recorded.

21 PharmPortfolio supports the cycle of continuing professional development for pharmacy professionals.

23 Immunization records can be entered with type and date, and supporting files can be uploaded (up to 4 MB).

24 Professional licenses, renewal periods and certifications (BLS/ACLS) can be added

25 Users can create specific views containing only selected information to share with anyone they choose. Preceptors/potential employers will only be able to view your PharmPortfolio page if you create a view and send them a link.

26 After clicking the add button, simply name your view and select the information you would like made visible. Be sure to click save

27 Select the view that you would like to send by clicking send options.

28 Once you click send options, a link will appear that can be sent via to anyone.

29 The Jury feature allows a user to request verification of a piece of evidence in his/her portfolio. The person verifying the evidence can provide comments, which in turn are made available in views.
