Currently, one new tax rate has been entered. To view current tax rate changes please visit: REMINDER!! Please keep your Contacts updated in your IFTA, Inc. profile on to prevent s being returned with a delivery failure notice. Contact data for group s is also pulled from the Jurisdiction Communication Lists and it is imperative that all s on the JCLs are updated to ensure that all members receive important information by from IFTA, Inc. It is recommended that all membership review their Jurisdiction Communication Lists at this time. WEBSITE By: Tom King, webmaster Adding Additional s to the JCL If you need to add additional Addresses to the Jurisdiction Communication List such as adding a third to Funds Netting. Add a semicolon after the last address then add your next address. Example below. 1@state.gov; 2@state.gov; 3@state.gov In the past we allowed you to use commas instead of semicolons. 3 IFTA Clearinghouse Corner Contributor: Monique Williams - IFTA Clearinghouse Advisory Committee Member Get to know the IFTA Clearinghouse! Are you familiar with the IFTA Clearinghouse? Do you know the purpose of the IFTA Clearinghouse? The International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) provides for the distribution of motor fuel use tax revenue among the participating jurisdictions through Funds Netting. There are currently 58 jurisdictions participating in the Clearinghouse including 56 full participants and two read-only participants. The Demographic data contained in the Clearinghouse allows jurisdictions the ability to screen new applicants and quickly verify a carrier s information. The data also allows for enhanced roadside enforcement, allowing enforcement staff across all the jurisdictions to verify carrier information including licensee number, name, and current status.
