2 HOW TO REGISTER YOUR STAFF OR GUESTS? THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT DESCRIBES HOW TO REGISTER EMPLOYEES OF YOUR COMPANY OR GUESTS. LOG IN TO THE EXHIBITOR LOGIN AREA WITH YOUR PERSONAL ACCESS CODE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT: REGISTRATION- I. On the Exhibitor Login Welcome page, an overview with Services and Tasks is provided. On the left hand side, you find the navigation panel. II. If you choose Staff Registration or Guest Registration in the navigation panel, you will be directed to the registration page, where you can register you staff or guests. There are 6 steps to proceed. your company Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

3 III. In STEP 1, please make your selections systematically from top to bottom, as fees will be determined based on your choices. 1. RATE SELECTION Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

4 This field is usually pre-selected based on your company details. Depending on your choice the corresponding fees will be displayed, for instance Industry fees: 2. VOUCHER Please note: All vouchers in your package can be used for either staff or guest registrations. Your applied voucher will be displayed like this: Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

5 3. PASS SELECTION Please select at least one pass by checking a box. You may combine several passes. In case of using a voucher, the amount will be reduced by checking the box related to your voucher (e.g. Conference Full Pass). To continue, click Step 2 > on the right hand side: You will find navigation tiles like these on every page, and you may use them to go back and forth. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

6 IV. In STEP 2 you are asked to enter the PERSONAL INFORMATION of the person you are registering. Please fill in all information, as all fields are mandatory for the registration process. In order to request invitation letters for your staff or guests, please contact registration-support@isc-events.com. After you have completed the personal information of the person you want to register, please check the appropriate box(es) to proceed: Check the first box to confirm that you accept the General Terms and Conditions and the ISC 2017 WiFi Policy (mandatory). Check the second box if you agree to the usage of your address, name and company information for marketing purposes related to ISC. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

7 At the end of the page, you find two buttons: Use this button if you want to register another employee of your company with the same billing information. Use this button to continue with the registration process. You will be directed to step 3. V. In Step 3 the BILLING INFORMATION carried over from your sponsor or exhibitor account is displayed. Please review if it corresponds to the registered person/s. You may adjust it if necessary. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

8 VI. Step 4 provides you with a SUMMARY of your selection and the possibility to add Questions and Comments, for example: Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

9 VII. In Step 5, please click the button to proceed to the Saferpay payment site, where you will be asked to enter all necessary payment information. After you have completed the payment process, you will automatically be redirected to the ISC Exhibitor Login. We only accept credit card payments. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

10 Within the second step please enter your credit card information and use the Pay button to proceed. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

11 You will be directed to your bank s webpage where you might be asked for your banking transaction password. Please complete your payment with your authorization. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration

12 VIII. Step 6 REGISTRATION COMPLETED provides you with a confirmation that the registration was successful and with a link to our Travel & Stay webpage for Hotel bookings. Documentation Staff or Guest Registration
