3 Disclaimer Please be aware that this tutorial may differ from your CWT Portrait configuration due to customer-specific set-up Examples may include (but are not limited to): Username & Password guidelines may not apply for users with single sign-on (SSO) to mycwt and CWT Portrait from their systems mycwt information may not apply to some customers who have not subscribed to the tool Certain fields in CWT Portrait may differ based on customer setup 3

5 Invitation Traveler receives an with registration link. 5
6 Activation Another is sent to the traveller asking for activation of the account 6
7 Login page - First time login User is prompted to create a username (work ) and password If there is more than one account associated with the work , user will be presented with all accounts and will register one at a time User reviews the Traveler Notice or agrees with the Data Protection Statement 7
8 Home page CWT Portrait is accessed with My Travel Profile link Bookmark the URL in your Favourites and use it always for accessing mycwt 8

10 Mandatory fields page Fields marked on this page are mandatory fields. It is extremely important to provide all required data in order to ensure smooth booking process with CWT and also to allow CWT to provide best service for your client. This form will disappear once all fields have been completed As per CWT policy the most important information in order to ensure Perfect Trip are: Date of Birth, Passport (or selection of No Passport), Phone, Gender, Citizenship Your company may have more fields set as required. Always provide all required data as per your company policy to ensure best booking and service process 10
11 Phone numbers Please always provide your direct, individual phone number - this will ensure CWT to contact you for any urgent matters as well as ensure correct caller identification if your client uses such service from CWT Select country from drop list, system will apply phone country code accordingly Then click on the Phone number box. You will be provided on suggested phone format for your country selected. If you are Traveler Arranger, do not provide your phone nr into your traveler s profiles, only in your individual profile Please do not add switchboard phone numbers. 11
12 Traveler Personal details The new CWT Portrait starts with an accordion-style approach to the traveler profile Each section of the traveler profile can be expanded or contracted based on the user s need. 12
13 Changes are highlighted to the user in status boxes When changes are made in one specific field they can be canceled just for that field by clicking on Reset button All sections are displayed in short version on the left side of the screen in the Traveler Profile Update Status A Pending in red will highlight to the user if anything in that section has changed By clicking on the Cancel button all the changes can be undone for that menu section By clicking on Submit Changes all changes for all sections will be saved and sent to the GDS and other third party tools such as OBTs 13
14 History of profile changes History of the last changes to the profile are visible at a glance in the Update History section The box will display the last few times the profile was accessed or updated and by whom By clicking on View History the user can see the entire history of access or changes to the profile 14
15 Submitting profile data to 3 rd party systems To ensure that all your changes have been saved and send to the GDS & other third party tools, do not forget to click on Submit Changes CWT Portrait s interface also includes functionality enhancements to facilitate submission of changes and eliminate unnecessary steps Travelers and travel arrangers using CWT Portrait can submit all changes for all sections at once by clicking on Submit Changes under the Traveler Profile Update Status box The Pending indicator in red disappears once the information has been submitted or cancelled 15

18 Other profile sections To access other sections of your profile navigate to Communication Payment/Reporting Air, Car, Hotel, Rail By clicking on the item under Traveler profile update status box, you can move to additional sections of your profile and provide more information that will help CWT to ensure your Perfect Trip experience 18
19 Additional information Keeping your profile data up to date, especially for essential travel information like: Passport, Credit card, Visa, National ID and other documents, allows CWT to provide best service and best booking experience Your company may have set the reminders functionality to inform you when any of document is close to its expiration date If your receive such reminder please always login to CWT Portrait and update your profile data Expired Document reminders are very useful policy that allows to ensure profile data are up to date Ask your Traveler Manager for Expired Document reminders! 19
