1 HOW TO ADD HOME AND RENTERS LEADS IN THE ALLSTATE LEAD MARKETPLACE (ALM) Overview Capitalizing on the success of Auto Leads and based on research from regions and agencies as well as the driving Allstate home strategy in 2015, ALM has introduced new pricing tiers and additional filtering options to the Home and Renters Leads program. This help document will show you how to make the Home and Renters Leaders program an integral part of your ALM marketplace so you can secure more qualified leads and ultimately policies in force. Packaging Tiers Basic Basic Standard Expert Renters* Home Home Home Fixed Package Fixed Package Fixed Package Customizable Filters Price $5 $10 $13 $10 Filters Home Type (excludes leads from mobile homes, log homes, and manufactured homes) Home Type (excludes leads from mobile homes, log homes, and manufactured homes) Good Credit (only includes leads that have good or excellent credit) Home Type (excludes leads from mobile homes, log homes, and manufactured homes) Good Credit (only includes leads that have good or excellent credit) $3.00 upcharge Past Claims (excludes leads with claims in the past 5 years) $3.00 upcharge Age of roof (25 years or less) $2.00 upcharge OR Age of roof (10 years or less) $4.00 upcharge *Note: Renters represent a very large market opportunity. More than half are uninsured and serve underrepresented targets such as Emerging Adults and New Households. Allstate renters are profitable, have high close rates and over 60% are multi- line. Renters are future prospects for Home, Condo, Life and Power Sports insurance. (Source: Allstate Specialty Product Line Marketing)

2 Step 1: Log into platform and click the Orders tab located at the top left of the page. Step 2: If this is the first order you have created in ALM, skip to Step 3. If you have pre- existing orders, click the blue Create a New Order button located at the top right corner of page.

3 Step 3: Click Home Insurance to begin your order. Step 4: Then, click on either the Choose a Package button (A) or if you would like to customize a package, select Build Your Own (B) to create an Expert Order

4 Step 5: Select your desired package (see the Help & Suggestion notes on the right hand side of the page). Step 6: You are now on the Territory Selection screen. (See the Help & Suggestion notes on the right hand side of the page).

5 A default radius of 10 miles will be selected; if you would like to modify your reach, click in the Radius field and enter a new radius, e.g. 20, 30, or 50 (6a). Next, click the Select Zip Codes button (6b) if you want to select a set of zip codes to enter. A window will appear to confirm that you want to generate the Zip Codes in your newly entered radius. Note: Each Zip code in your list needs to be separated by a comma, for example: 92101, 92109, 92108, etc. To select an entire state, click the Select Entire State button at the top right of the page (6d) and select your desired state. To select a custom area within a state, click the Select Zip Codes button at the top of the page (6c). Once Zip Codes are saved, the map and list of Zip Codes (6b) will update to reflect your newly selected territory. You can scroll through the Zip Code list and turn off any Zip Codes or areas in your radius for which you do not want to receive leads. Step 7: Click the blue Next Step button located at the top right of the page to take you to the Vendor Selection page. Step 8: Once on the Vendors page, all vendors are automatically enabled. To enable/ disable a vendor click the box located below the vendor logo. Note: A green box means the vendor is enabled; a red box means the vendor is disabled. (See the Help & Suggestion notes on the right hand side of the page).

6 Step 9: Click the blue Next Step button to take you to the Delivery Methods page. Step 10: For delivery, address is already selected. You can add any additional addresses, one at a time (10a). Note: You can also integrate Velocify, Contactability, QuoteBurst, or Blitz lead management systems by clicking the red button (10b) next to the desired company. Once selected, the button will turn green and the required information needed will appear (10c). Enter and save information and ALM will be fully integrated!

7 Step 11: Click the blue Next Step button to take you to the Options page. Step 12: Under the Budget Management section (12a) click the up/down arrows to adjust lead orders or click on the number and enter desired amounts. Note: You can enable/disable the box in the lower right corner of this section to receive leads on the weekend (12b). Under the Filters section you can see what filters (12c) are included in Packages 1-3 (i.e. Renters Basic, Basic Home, Standard Home, respectively). Package filters are set and cannot be changed, but if you selected Expert Home, you can enable/disable filters of your choice. Step 13: Click the blue Next Step button in the top right hand corner of the page to take you to the confirmation page.
