1 Customer Tutorial For ATLAS

2 First time ISTC ATLAS Users All Administrative users will receive the link for ISTC s New Atlas Platform. Only Existing Administrative users will have access to this link to create their user account credentials and any additional users. Admin users will enter the required information to set themselves up. Note: Customer ID is the companies Client Id. After the submit button is clicked an notification is delivered to the address provided that will supply the login link to the new Atlas System. Click the confirmation URL link to activate your address and then the user will have access to the Login URN located above their username.

3 Once the Admin User confirms the account activation they are then allowed access into the New ISTC ATLAS System.

4 The New ISTC ATLAS Login Page

5 The Customer Profile

6 Located within the profile button all administrative users can access and edit their company information. Users linked to more than one customer will click the drop down to select which customer is needed. All tabs are expandable by clicking on the dropdown located to the right of the column. Within the profile users 1. Edit and view Company Information 2. View Order history 3. Add edit or delete Users 4. Add edit or delete Company Contacts 5. Enroll and View Eligible BCG and OHS Vendors 6. View Exceptions on Their Participants and if ISTC has their New Hire orientation they can Add an Exception

7 Viewing Order History Click the down arrow to filter through all order history for the customer. Any participants history can be printed as a PDF within the participant profile

8 Adding or Editing Users Customer Admin users have full access within their ISTC Atlas. Tabs included are Profile, Schedule, Participants Active cases and Reports Customer Training only- Can only schedule training courses. Tabs included are Schedule, Participants and Active cases Customer Training, BCG,OHS can schedule training order products and services such as BCG s and OHS, view Reports Tabs included are Schedule, Participants, Active cases, and Reports *Once a user is added an is sent to the address entered to provide the user with their unique password. To remove users simply make them inactive within the status column Customer BCG Only can only order products and services such as BCG and OHS. Tabs included are Schedule, Participants, Active cases

9 Adding Contacts Admin users will click the Add or Edit and create their Customer contacts. Select the contact type from the dropdown selections

10 Vendor Enrollment Admin users will select the preferred vendor and click Enroll. Complete all required information that is not pulled from within the existing customer profile and click ACCEPT Please note that additional information may be needed by the individual vendor

11 Participants Tab

12 The participants tab will display all participants linked to the customer with options to *Add new participants *Edit (Existing Participants) *Schedule *View History *View Customer s Participant Exceptions *All columns are customizable

13 Adding/Editing A Participant Enter the required information taking notice that the participant is allowed to have a social, a passport, or an alien registration card in as Primary Identifications

14 Viewing the participants history The participant's history can be searched from this tab. Column's are customizable and history is available to be exported and printed in a PDF format

15 Exceptions Tab Customers can view their participant Owner Exceptions after searching the social

16 Schedule Tab

17 If a participants photo and information needs to be edited Click detailed view modify and save the information

18 When a course is selected all prerequisites and requirements for the course will be added to the order grid. If a participant has met a requirement it will not appear in the grid.

19 If a non owner course is needed or other non training service click on the Add product and service button to search for the code.

20 Click on any of the requirements to create an order. If a course or service is clicked and a schedule grid is not populated to the right then read the alerts in red for ordering requirements.

21 Choose a time schedule for the course and click book and submit order located at the bottom of the screen

22 Courses that have been booked for a scheduled time will be submitted. All other services or courses will read Not allowed to take at this time. Note: Schedules are made once the submit order button is selected Enter any PO number, if box is red it is required. Click the Submit Anyway after reading the order summary.

23 An option to print the confirmation page will display providing the scheduler with a case order number.

24 Ordering Other Services

25 Search and select the BCG or 09Drug* code in the Add Product or Service. Click on the order to begin the BCG /Drug ordering process. Select the appropriate vendor and click select. Enter in all the Required vendor information that is not pre populated from the participants profile and click the accept then submit order to be provided with a confirmation page. * Drug screen cases will require additional scheduling in the ISAT database provided.

26 Active cases

27 A list of all active cases that have NOT been checked in for training will appear under this tab. These cases (excluding BCG2 s and OHS services) can be edited or deleted from this grid
