5 Main Menu Mirror Position You have the possibility to mirror positions. Right-click on the designated position in the selection on the left hand side of the main menu and select Copy from the popup menu. The following dialogue appears. Enter name and description of the new position. Tick the checkbox Mirror Position and click OK. The mirrored position can be edited in the Input of Elements as usual

6 Display Position Colours in the Position List The RAL-Colours of a position will be displayed in the position selection of the main menu. RAL-Colours will also be displayed in the Position Selection

7 Input of Elements Set Conditions You can modify the conditions in the address menu by entering formulas. The following values are applicable: DATE Generates the current date TOTAL Total Amount Example: Enter the following formula in the condition field. Payments due until {DATE+10} are subject to 3 per cent cash discount {TOTAL*0.03} = {TOTAL*0.97} The following text will be created automatically in the printout: Payments due until are subject to 3 per cent cash discount 9,01 EUR = 291,41 EUR NB: Conditions will only be listed, if the condition field is added to the quotation template. You will find this field in the Word Processor under Insert Field Job Conditions

8 Text-Position Data In the Text-Position Data dialogue you can determine if the price and quantity will be displayed on the quotation. Tick the checkbox Don t display Price/Quantity in Quotation and price and quantity will not be displayed on the quotation

9 Add Hardware to Favourite List Hardware articles can be added to the favourite list. Right-click the specific article and select Add to Favourites in the popup menu. The article will be listed at the top of the list

10 Additional Hardware You can determine which articles shall be not displayed in the quotation. You can select the articles directly in the Additional Hardware list. Just tick the checkbox Not in Quotation of the specific article. You can also change the quantity of the an article by double-clicking the quantity field in the list

11 Cross Sections Comment Text on Cross Sections Now you can add comments to the cross section printout. Just click in the comment area in the Fabrication and Installation Hours dialogue. The following dialogue appears: Select the tab Cross Section and activate the option Comment Text for Cross Section. Now you can enter the comment in the text area below

12 Additional Information on Printouts You can insert additional information to the cross section printouts. Go to the print menu in the cross section function. You can select from the list on the right hand side which data shall be displayed on the printout. The eye symbol illustrates which parts shall be displayed or hidden. Additional Hardware Glass Information Comment In order to display more glass information alter the Cross Section Settings. You can reach the settings by clicking the button Settings. Here you are able to determine which information shall be displayed e.g. Glass Dimensions, Glass Configuration, Glass Name and Glass Number

13 Printouts Coloured Printouts Positions on a coloured printout can be printed by displaying the actual RAL colour. For this tick the checkbox Print actual Profile Colours on the specific dialogue

14 Layouts You can select between three printout layouts. It is possible to display and print them as List, Table or Table with Header. Differences between the layouts are shown below. Layout: List Layout: Table Layout: Table with Header

15 Installation Plan On the first page of an installation plan you will now get an overview of the job. Glass/Panel Estimation In the Glass/Panel Estimation you can hide the glass type No Glass. Tick the checkbox Hide Glass Type No Glass to activate this function

16 Glass/Panel Estimation with Additional Information Information such as perimeter, area and quantity will be displayed in the Glass/Panel Estimation

17 CAD Load Position View You can label your positions in the CAD with additional hardware. Load a position by selecting File Load Jobs-CAD. The following dialogue appears: In order to label positions with additional hardware activate the checkbox Display Additional Hardware

18 User Database Bevel at 45 degrees mitres If you apply steel systems you can now select the option Bevel at 45 degree mitres under User Database System Data. Bevel at 45 degree mitres Mitre unequal 45 degree

19 Split Softline Glazing Bead Please determine where to set the required split at mitred glazing bead constructions. Standard Glazing Bead Connection It is possible to determine how to perform glazing bead connections. Under User Database System Data General Standard Glazing Bead Connection you can select between four different settings

20 Cut You are able to modify cut parameters. Under User Database System Data Cut you can insert values for Glazing Beads, Glazing Beads at Sash and T-Connections. You can also correct the values of Glass Offsets. PVC Under User Database System Data PVC you can modify the values for T-Connections, Corner Door Leaf, Corner Window Sash and Corners
