Objective The purpose of this manual is to guide vending operators through the new machine creation process and the sending of required parameters to devices already installed in the vending machines. 3 Creating New Machines 1.1 General Information Select Operations and Machines. from the main menu. To create a new machine, click on the The following form will appear. button. Fill in the fields as required. Fields with a red asterisk (*) are required. All other fields are optional. Additional information can be entered based on the specific needs of the individual operator. Operator (Required) Select the operator under which the machine will be created. Machine type (Required) Select which kind of machine. Machine model (Required) Select the desired machine model that the Nayax units will be installed in. Machine profile (Optional) Select the machine profile from the drop down list.

4 Machine group (Required) Select a machine group from the drop down list to which the machine will be associated. Instructions on how to create product groups can be found in section 1.2 below. Sales source (Required) Select wheatear it s live transaction, Dex/DDCMP or Fuji. Machine Reference (Required) Type the desired machine name. Machine Number (Optional) Type the desired machine number. Device Number (Required) Click on the Choose button. A pop-up window displaying non-assigned devices will appear. Select the desired device number. The window will close automatically and the selected device number will appear in the device number field. Vpos Number (Required) Click on the Choose button. A pop-up window displaying non- assigned Vpos readers will appear. Select the desired VPOS number. The window will close automatically and the selected VPOS number will appear in the VPOS field. Country (Required) Select the country where the machine is located. Zip Code (Optional) Type the Zip code of the machine location. SMS Language (Optional) Offset from GMT (Hours) (Optional) Select the Machines location time zone. If the time zone is not selected, the default time zone will be the one chosen on the Operator level. Install Date (Optional) Add the date that machine was installed. Status (Required) Select machine status from the drop-down list. (Active/Not Active) The status of a machine that is no longer in use can be changed to Not Active and the machine will be transferred to Not active products filter list. Once all the required information has been entered, click on the button.

5 Creating Machine Groups Once the New machine creation process has begun and an Operator was selected, the Add new group button will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on the button. The following field will appear. Type the desired machine group name and click on the button. For creating machine s Location Type and Sub location type please repeat the process by clicking on the Button, Button, Fill in the desired names and click on the buttons. or

6 Adding attributes If the machine does not have the required attributes, they can be added by using the Attributes Tab. To do so, go to the Operations Menu, click on Machines Page, Select the desired machine, and go to the tab. Choose the needed attributes by marking the relevant check boxes. When done, click the button. After saving, the newly selected attributes will be added to their appropriate menu items on the machine page.

7 Parameters Setup All machine models have different parameters and settings. Most of these already have the required data as default setting, but some parameters have to be set manually depending on operator definitions and priorities. To edit or change, locate the desired parameter on the machine page, change as desired and, mark the check box to the left and update the queue by clicking on the button. The data sent to the queue will be collected by the device after the next Keep Alive (Communication with the server, average keep alive is 45min.). Note: Only the described parameters can be changed by the operator. For further assistance the Operator should contact Nayax Tech. Support. Card readers This section allows the vending operator control the card reader functionalities. Card Reader MDB level- Controls the MDB level of Nayax device (1-Default, 2-For revalue). Decimal place- Controls the decimal place of Nayax device in MDB communication (2-Default). VPOS Button Function- Select the desired Vpos button function, each function is relevant for a different machine and different mode. If not otherwise stated, keep the default function (External cancel) VPOS Card Options-To accept Contact and Contactless cards in EMV mode, select the relevant function. If not otherwise stated, keep leave the default function (NONE).

8 Device Features BT1 Red button Long press- Select the desired Red button Function. (Instructions and Definitions of button functionalities can be found in the Button update manual) BT2 Yellow button Long press- Select the desired Yellow button Function. (Instructions and Definitions of buttons functionalities can be found in the Button update manual) Device software version- Displays the existing firmware version on the Nayax device. Gtrace Download Enable- Mark the check box to the left in order to enable the downloading of Gtrace requests from the device. Gtrace Request- To request a Gtrace, select Request Gtrace from the drop down list and mark the check box on the left and update the Queue. The Gtrace information will appear under the Dex tab after the next keep alive.

9 DEX/DDCMP Vending operators can set the relevant Dex/DDCMP protocols, and set the Dex read schedule. DDCMP Security code- If working in DDCMP mode, enter the 8 digit security code from the machine and update the Queue. DEX Read Schedule- Type the desired time for DEX reads. For instructions, place the cursor on the mark. DEX Type- Select the desired Dex type. For regular DEX, use the default settings. For DDCMP, select the relevant parameter from the drop down list. Offline DEX Alerts-For receiving DEX alerts and in case the machine reports them type the desired alert code, for working by EVADTS protocol live the window empty and mark the check box, all the alerts reported by machine will appear in Last alerts window. Offline DEX Alerts Read Interval- Type the desired time interval for read offline DEX alerts from the vending machine.

10 Language The vending operator can choose any audio & LCD language from the drop down list. LCD Audio Language- Select the desired audio language, mark the check box and update the Queue. LCD Primary Language- Select the LCD primary language from the drop down list, mark the check box and update the Queue. LCD Secondary Language- The operator can choose two languages that will appear on the VPOS LCD screen and alternate every few seconds. Any desired message can be written on the LCD. You can customize your welcome or Cash only messages in the welcome message field. Cash Only messages are for when the machine does not accept cards either by design or due to errors. The LCD screen has two lines and place for 16 digits/ numbers in each for switching to the next line use /. The default text can be restored by When complete, mark the checkbox to the left of the field and send it to the queue.

11 MDB This section allows the operator to choose between Pre-selection and Pre-authorization (Flags disabled) modes. Select the desired mode from the drop down list in the MDB flags parameter. The other parameters should remain in the default machine settings.

12 Payment The vending operator is able to control the machine payment parameters through this section. Card Enabled- To enable card purchases, mark the left and right check boxes and update the queue. To disable, mark the left, unmark the right checkboxes and update the queue. Cellular Enabled- Enables mobile telephone transactions Mark the left and right check boxes and update the queue Default Credit- The amount of the credit authorization request once the card has been swiped. The default credit should have the same value as the highest product price in the machine. Multi-Vend- This mode is available only if the vending machine supports this mode. Select the desired number of vends per transaction, mark the checkbox to the left and update the queue. Revalue Enable& Limit- Enable pre-paid card revalue transactions & limits. Enter revalue limit amount, mark the checkbox to the left and update the queue.
