3 To Add or Change Punches in isolved 1. Log in to isolved at a. Your user name is your address and your password is the one you chose during the setup process. 2. Click on Time on the left menu and then click Time Card. a. 3. This shows you the entire two week pay period. a. If you would like, you can change to a Day or Week view by using the buttons in the top right. 4. To change a punch, click on the blue section of the day and time that you want to fix. a. 5. Then click on the word In or Out in the bottom blue blue bar (choose whichever one you are changing). 6. Here you can change your time, your job pin (using the Job Pin/Cost Center drop down) or change an In to an Out (using the Mode drop down). When you are done, click Save. a.
4 7. IMPORTANT: AFTER YOU MAKE A CHANGE, YOU MUST CLICK SHOW RESULTS IN THE TOP LEFT TO REFRESH YOUR SCREEN. a. 8. Your timesheet will now reflect the changes. 9. To add a punch (You should ONLY add a punch if you forgot to punch, otherwise, you should change your punches instead), click in the general area on the timesheet where you want to add a punch. a. b. Note, if there is already a time near where you want to add your punch, you must click in the yellow area beside it. 10. Click on Punch in the blue Add Record pop up. 11. Here you can enter the date, time, in or out, and job pin/cost center. When you are done, click Save. a.
5 12. Remember to click Show Results in the top left. 13. Your changes are made. Please note: Punch changes still must be made by 11PM on the Sunday following the end of a pay period in order to be processed on that week s payroll. Anything not fixed in time must still be called in and reported to the payroll department for processing on the following payroll.
6 Changes to the Group Home Job Pins: Please be aware that we will no longer be using a different job code for every group home. We will have a total of 6 job pins for the entire residential department. 641 You will use this code if you are working part or all of the B or C block shifts in any group home 642 You will use this code if you are working a NON-BLOCK shift. This includes 2 nd staff, midnights, 1:1 shifts, etc. 643 You will use this code if you are working all or part of an A shift. 651 You will use this code if you are on FORCED OVERTIME in part or all of the B or C block shifts in any group home 652 You will use this code if you are on FORCED OVERTIME in part or all of a NON-BLOCK shift. 653 You will use this code if you are on FORCED OVERTIME in part or all of an A shift. Please be aware that it is VERY IMPORTANT that you use the proper code, because the system will now automatically calculate your rates of pay based on the job pin you use. If you are working a shift and then are forced to stay, YOU MUST PUNCH OUT OF THE CODE YOU WERE WORKING AND IN TO THE APPROPRIATE FORCED OVERTIME CODE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR FORCED OVERTIME PAY.
7 On the Website: To request PTO: 1. Log into the isolved website 2. Click on Time on the left 3. Click on Time Off Requests 4. Click on Request Time Off in the Blue Bar in the top left 5. Choose your Absence Policy (what kind of time off) 6. Enter your date request in From Date: and To Date: 7. Enter the start time of your time off 8. Enter the number of hours off in Hours Per Day 9. Enter any comments you may have 10. Click Save in the Blue Bar in the top left 11. It is blue while pending, green when approved, and red when denied 12. You will also get an that your request has been submitted
8 To download the App for the first time: Using the App In the Google Play store or the App store, locate the app called isolved Go and download it. When you open it for the first time, click on the Gear symbol in the bottom left corner. In the network partner ID field, enter CTR in all capital letters and then tap Save. Enter your address and password that you selected when signing up for Self Service. To Punch in on the App: 1. Open the isolved Go app. 2. Enter your address and password. a. You may choose Remember Me if you d like. 3. Click Login. 4. Touch isolved Time. 5. Touch Mobile Punch. 6. If it asks you to allow Location Tracking or GPS, choose Yes. It will not allow you to punch without it. 7. Leave the first two boxes as Normal and Auto. 8. In the third box, choose the Job Pin that you are working. 9. Touch Save Punch and hit Yes to Confirm.
9 To punch in or out on the timeclock: Note: You do not need to select In or Out. The system will automatically choose for you. If you are not currently punched in to a job, it will make your punch an In. If you are already punched in, it will make your punch an Out. To Punch In or Out: 1. Make sure the clock says Ready. 2. Type your pin number (usually last 4 of social). 3. Press Enter. 4. Place your finger on the scanner. 5. If it beeps once and turns green, it has accepted your finger print. It will also display Press Gray keys or In/Out keys a. If it does 3 quick beeps and says retry, try again with your finger. 6. Press the gray JOB key. 7. Enter the job you are working. 8. Hit Enter. (You may need to hit it twice until you get to the screen where it shows you the job). 9. If the job is correct, hit Enter to verify. 10. If you made a mistake, hit CLR to reenter the job. Then repeat steps 8 and It will say Punch Accepted.
10 OnShift for Schedules: - To log in, you can go to onshift.com and click Customer Login in the top right or you can download the OnShift app (this is much easier than the website). o - Everyone s user name is mcar-fllllll-01 where fllllll is your first initial and last name. o So Katie Bodien would use mcar-kbodien-01 - Everyone s password is OnShift1234 the first time they use it and then you can change it. It must have at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number in the password. - Once you log in to the app or password, you will see your schedule. If using the website, be aware that you may need to scroll down on a particular day to see all scheduled shift. It is much easier to read in the app. o
11 - If you get an alert that open positions are posted, you can use the website or the app to view them. o o On the website, click Open Positions at the top and pick the day you d like to view Click the checkbox next to the shifts you would like to request. Scroll down and click Request Shifts On the app, click the Menu icon in the top right (three white lines), and click Find Open Shifts. Click Request Shift next to each shift you would like to work. - You can also view past callout messages that you have received by clicking on My Messages. Note: Any time off that you see in Onshift is STRICTLY for scheduling purposes. It is not for payroll purposes, so the hours may be a little different than what you see in isolved.
12 Answering Callouts from Onshift: - Anytime a shift is available, we will now use OnShift to run callouts. - We will no longer use MIR3. - You should receive a call, text, and if you have provided all of this information. - You can respond to any of the 3 option. - If responding by phone, press 1 for Yes and 2 for No - If responding by text, you can actually type your response and the system will process it. o Make sure you include the word Yes or the word No in your response - If responding by , you can also type your response. Make sure to use the word Yes or No in your response. - If responding from the Group Home computer, make sure to include Yes or No AND INCLUDE YOUR NAME in the response. - As before, if you respond with Yes, that does not mean that you should go to work. Wait for communication that you have been awarded the shift. Your phone number in OnShift actually comes from isolved. If your number is incorrect in Onshift, you should change it in isolved and the next day, it will be correct in OnShift.
