3 INTRODUCTION E-club is a portfolio consultation tool accessible both to intermediaries and clients. This user-friendly tool can be used to look up general policy information, details of the funds and any underlying components, performance, cover arranged and transaction history (e.g. payments, redemptions, etc.). A PDF or XLS file can be generated from some screens for printing. 3 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

5 PRINTING If a PDF is available, you can choose the language when generating the file. 5 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

6 SEARCH FILTER The search filter accessible via "your portfolio" allows you to search using different criteria (product, client number, policy number, fund). The filter only covers the products and funds in your portfolio. 6 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

7 LIST OF POLICIES The list of policies corresponds to your search criteria from the previous filter. To see more information, select the policy or policies you would like to look at. Like other tables in e-club, the columns can be sorted (click on the heading). 7 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

12 VALUE CREATION OVERVIEW In the value creation overview, you can see the general policy information. Printable PDF version with choice of language 12 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

13 COMPOSITION The composition shows all funds in which the policy is invested. It is possible to change the value date. All the latest NAVs as of the date requested are shown. There is one line per fund with the value in euros for each fund and the total. Fund details Information on underlying components 13 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

14 COMPOSITION - DETAILS OF UNDERLYING COMPONENTS The underlying of the Internal Dedicated Funds components are available on the last day of each month from the composition page. This list can be printed in several languages. 14 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

15 COMPOSITION - CATEGORIES OF UNDERLYING COMPONENTS A pie chart illustrates the distribution of the funds depending on the type of asset and/or currency. The categories of underlying components are only available for certain funds 15 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

16 COMPOSITION - FUND DETAILS Information about the fund is available from the composition page. This contains the general fund details, in addition to NAV performance. In addition to the fund's performance in this policy, we can see the corresponding gain or loss. By selecting the desired period, the NAV graph is updated. 16 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

17 COMPOSITION - PRINTING You can generate a PDF file with a choice of several languages from the composition page. This will contain the policy details (policy and client number, date), in addition to details of the funds. This file is generated at the same date as the composition, and so it is possible to change it. 17 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

18 COMPOSITION - SWITCHING To make switching easier and more intuitive, e-club has a comprehensive module that will guide you step-by-step through the process. You can choose the funds available in the catalogue and view the new distribution of your funds. The PDF file generated should be signed and sent to the company. The "Submit online" button allows you to send the switching request electronically. This will be processed as soon as possible by the company. 20 HISTORY The history page provides a summary of policy transactions (redemptions, payments, management fees, switches). Each transaction is detailed in UC and amount. You can filter the history by fund and transaction. You can open an associated document directly by clicking on a line. The history can also be printed. 20 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

23 DOCUMENTS This page lists all the documents issued for this policy. You can filter the documents by date and type. 23 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

24 FEES Fees are shown on two screens: Details Statements : This is an electronic version of the paper statement you receive. 24 E-CLUB : USER GUIDE I I

25 BREAKDOWN OF FEES In e-club, it is now possible to view the summary of fees and export the data to Excel. A filter can be used to set a date range and to choose the product or fund. The dynamic table illustrating contribution, management and retrocession fees (per funds and per contracts). NB: the paper statement is the official version. 26 REQUEST STATUS The request status allows you to check the progress of requests sent to the company at any time. You can access this via your portfolio/request status follow-up on demands.
