9 How to Confirm Your Details & Review Your Cover (Life Insurance only) 9 Life Insurance product details pages: On some Life Insurance policies purchased directly with us or through an intermediary or advisor we may ask you Confirm your details as part of our application process within My Account, or to Review Your Cover each year for increasing cover products. You will receive a notification/action request to visit the Mailbox page and will be presented with one or both of these options shown on the left.

25 How to retrieve your User ID 25 If you forget your user ID you can get a reminder without the need to call us. Simply hover over the Forgotten User ID link for a helpful hint or click it to continue to the next step where you ll be asked for some personal information. Unfortunately customers that live abroad or don t have a UK postcode will still need to call us as we may need additional information.
