14 Pay Per Use N There is no pay per use charge Costs Maximum Number of Participants Powernoodle has various subscription levels to meet a variety of business needs. All PNN subscriptions include all functionality. A PN 25 will allow an organizer to run an unlimited number of sessions with a maximum of 25 people in each session. Cost is under $100. There is a maximum of 199 people in a single session but by using more than one session, can have an unlimited number of participants.

15 Feature Glossary Advanced Annotation Capability: allows participants to type directly on the content being shown in the virtual meeting. Breakout Rooms: allows the meeting leader to establish smaller subgroups of participants to meet and interact by voice and with a common whiteboard in separate rooms during the virtual meeting much like the use of breakout groups in the face-to-face meeting. Polling: allows the meeting leader to prepare polling questions to which participants respond during a virtual meeting. Whiteboard: allows the meeting leader to provide a writing space for the presenter and other participants to record comments (the analogy of a whiteboard or flip chart in a face-to-face meeting). Basic/Limited Chat: allows participants to send messages to an individual or the entire group while the meeting is in progress. Desktop Sharing: allows meeting participants to view the leader s desktop (in some platforms that sharing may be transferred to other participants as well as the meeting leader). Recording: allows recording of the meeting for viewing after the completion of the virtual meeting. Transfer Mouse Control: allows the meeting leader to transfer control of the mouse to a participant during the virtual meeting. Transfer Presenter: allows the meeting leader to transfer presentation control to other participants who can then share their desktop or perform other functions as the presenter. Video/Web Cam: allows participants to see one another through the transmission of video using web cameras during the virtual meeting. VoIP: allows the use of Voice-over-IP for audio communication during the virtual meeting; this feature typically would cancel the need for using telephones for hearing the virtual meeting. Other Asynchronous Capability: allows participants to access the meeting room and provide information anytime as opposed to during a scheduled meeting time. Upgrade to Moderator: allows the meeting leader to promote other participants by giving them moderation capability which allows them to assist in running the virtual meeting. Costs Pay Per Use: indicates whether there is a usage charge for participants in addition to any license fee associate with that virtual meeting platform.
