4 Introduction Device LinkUp connects all your iwebgate features and third party apps into a secure container capable of running on Android and all major operating systems. There are two components: the mobile container and the Mobile Device and Application Management system. The mobile container ensures a device securely connects to all your applications, networks via the Virtual Segmentation Platform (VSP) and/or VPN LP along with security features such as encryption at rest and multi factor authentication. First Login After downloading Device LinkUp to your device, open the app to show the login screen. Before using login credentials, you must enter the server information by tapping Change Host. Proceed by entering the host address and port number. The host address can be an IP or DNS. 4

5 After adding host details, type in your user name and password in the login fields. Multi Factor Logins Device LinkUp provides two login options: One-Time Password (OTP) and Time-Based One Time Password (TOTP). Multiple login options ensures the safety of all data distributed and stored. One-Time Password To receive a One-Time Password (OTP), select OTP and tap Next. 5

6 Choose to receive the password through or text message if applicable. Use the pin received through text or to login. In case you don t receive the OTP by or text, tap Re-send OTP for a new pin. 6

7 Time-Based One Time Password Time-Based One Time Password (TOTP) uses Google Authenticator to assign a 6-digit number and a barcode for logging into Device LinkUp. This password will only be available for 30 seconds before Google Authethicatior creates a new one. Before sending a TOTP, download Google Authenticator. You only need to download Google Authenticator once even if multiple devices are using Device LinkUp. The same code provided works for all containers. Tap Send Secret Key. Select the key to be sent either via or SMS (for US numbers only). 7

8 The login key comes with a QR code and Secret Key comprised of a string of numbers and letters. Open the Google Authethicator app and select to either scan the barcode in the or manually enter the pin. After linking Google Authenticator to Device LinkUp through the barcode or manual entry, use the 6-digit code displayed to login into Device LinkUp via TOTP. Please note that the code will change every 30 seconds. The code will be blue at the beginning of the 30 seconds. When the time is almost up, the code will turn red. This means that the countdown is almost up, and the code will be changing shortly. When entering the code, do not include the space. 8

9 The Google Authenticator will now store all connections. For subsequent logins use your login credentials, then open the Google Authenticator app for a new TOTP. Type it into the TOTP field. The secret key does not need to be resent after initial login. Resend the key to tie a new device to the login credentials. Apps After logging into Device LinkUp, there could be several applications available.
