2 Why are we moving to an online ordering system? 1. To bring our process into the modern space and provide a more efficient service to you the Assessor 2. To maximize accounting and stock ordering 3. So we can better manage our stock holdings in the office 4. To enable a cost effective and efficient service for Assessors & Australian Sailing 5. Convenience - Assessors can now order stock at anytime via the internet and check invoices and track orders online Note: This is not an initiative from the Department of Transport

3 When will online ordering start? There will be a transition from and phone orders from April 2017 All orders will need to be made using the online process from July

4 How will it Work? Assessors will need to register with us for online ordering. Once registered, Assessors will be given access to the RST Ordering form to easily and efficiently order relevant material online. It is a simple process, we will explain it in the following slides 4

5 Register yourself and create your profile Open the Follow the instructions as explained on the form there is no cost to register as an RST Assessor By completing registration on this form you will be assigned an Australian Sailing Number (if you do not already have one). You will then be able to access your mysailor profile to view transaction history for any payments you make You can access mysailor via the following link: 5

6 Access the RST Ordering Form After you have registered as an RST Assessor you will be able to access the RST Ordering Form to order relevant material online The RST Assessors Ordering Form will be sent to you once you have registered as an RST Assessor You will only be able access the ordering form by logging in using the address you registered with to be an RST Assessor Your is the key to logging in and gaining access 6

7 What can I order online? You can make an order for all items of RST stock (excluding workbooks) Only the application forms and postage options have a cost All other RST stock listed is available at no cost to you 7

8 What are the costs of the application forms We have recently reviewed our pricing and the following prices will apply commencing on 1 July 2017: Standard RST application $23.00 Schools RST Application $18.00 Standard Post and Handling $5.00 Express Post and Handling $25.00 These prices are inclusive of GST. 8

9 Ordering Process When you login to the ordering form using your address your existing details will be populated on the form please check to ensure they are correct All items are listed after you check/add your details based on your response to certain questions relevant items will display You can select the delivery method (standard post or express post) Confirm your order then proceed to the payment page 9

10 How do I pay for my order? You can pay online with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) Alternatively you can pay by PoliPay (POLi): POLi is an online payment option that allows you to use your internet banking to securely pay for goods and services 10

11 Can I order and pay without using the RST Ordering form? No. All orders must be made using the RST Online Ordering form. 11

12 After I have ordered what happens? The Australian Sailing office process your order on Wednesday mornings Your order is posted to you Wednesday afternoon Remember if you are requiring an urgent order you need to call us after you have ordered so we can make sure it is posted that day. Such requests for urgent orders attract a $25 postage and handling fee You will be ed a receipt automatically from the system after you have completed your order from Sports TG The Australian Sailing office will dispatch a form with RST application numbers in your order for your records 12

13 Can I access a record of my transactions? Yes you can access the history of all your transactions via the mysailor: Login in to mysailor and go to the Transactions area: 13

Answer: SportsTG are a company that provide online support to many sports in Australia and the provider for the Australian Sailing membership database Question. What about my privacy? Answer. 15 Conclusion Online ordering and payment is available to all RST Assessors registered with Australian Sailing Training and support will be provided in the lead up to 1 July New price changes will take effect on 1 July 2017 This will provide a better service for Assessors and also reduce the mistakes and man hours required to service the RST program We encourage Assessors to support us through initial transition period of April July You can seek assistance from the Australian Sailing office (08) , Australian Sailing IT support (02) , Sports TG (24hours) or the Sports TG Support Centre 15
