Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed Manufacturer / Authorized Dealer/Resellers, Solution Provider with proven track record forsupply, Install and Maintenance of Servers, storages, switches, OS, application software's and peripherals. The detail information form can be downloaded from website Vendor should submitted the processing fee Rs /- (Non refundable) at the time of submission of the proposal by way of cash or demandd draft payable at Sindhudurgnagari Tal. Kudal favoring Sindhudurg DCC Bank. The Proposal duly completed should be submitted in sealed envelope mark as a Supply, Install and Maintenance of Servers, storages, switches, OS, application software's and peripherals on or before 17/10/2015 up to 4.00 PM to the C.E.O. at Head Office, Sindhudurgnagari. For any clarification in this regard, the interested suppliers may contact the I.T. Department at Head Office of the Bank (Phone No to 10, Ext. 253/256, ID - itsdcc@gmail.com). The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reason thereof. 2 Sealed quotations are, therefore invited from the reputed manufacturers or their authorized representatives for supply and installation of items as per Annexure-I. The following instructions should be carefully noted. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The bidder must be a reputed manufacturer or his authorized representative /Reseller of the type of product offered. The authority from the manufacturer/distributor must be submitted along with the bid. The bid received without authority will liable to be rejected. 2. Quotations should be submitted in sealed cover. Cover indicating, COVER FOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION AND PRICE BID should consist of technical specification of the system offered along with literature, pamphlets, drawing, make, and model, names of supplier/manufacturer and commercial terms as well as price details etc. This cover addressed by name to the officer signing this enquiry should be submitted before due date and time. 3. Bid should be valid for a minimum period of 45 days after the due date. 4. The Bid must reach the undersigned on or before the due date. Bid received after the due date & time is liable to be rejected. 5. The rates should be quoted in Indian Rupees for delivery at the premises of The Sindhudurg District Central Co-Op Bank Ltd, Sindhudurg Head office. All prices shall be fixed and shall not be subject to escalation of any description. The rates must be quoted as per the Performa provided in Annexure-II. Price comparison will be made as per bill of material specified in Annexure II. 6. Govt. Levies like sales tax, octroi, VAT, WCT etc., if any, shall be paid at actual rates applicable on the date of delivery and must be quoted as per Performa in Annexure II. Rates should be quoted accordingly giving the basic price, Plus Sales Tax and VAT etc., if any. 7. It may specifically be mentioned whether the quotation is strictly as per tender specifications/conditions. If not, deviations must be spelt out specifically. In the absence of this, the quotation may be rejected. 8. Successful bidder shall supply and install all the items in the Data Center of SDCC Bank and installation shall include hardware and software installation as per the specification to be given by the Bank 9. Hardware to be supplied shall carry Warranty of OEM for 3 years from the date of installation. 10. The Sindhudurg District Central Co-Op Bank Ltd, Sindhudurg reserves the right to accept or reject all any bid/quotation or cancel the tender proceedings without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3 11. The bidders should quote the products strictly as per the tendered specifications giving models, make and exact specifications. All the technical literature for the products offered by the bidder may be enclosed in the bid. Quotations with incomplete technical details shall be rejected. 12. Incomplete quotations are liable to be rejected. 13. Bidder shall sign all pages of quotation and drawings forwarded with the quotation. 14. In case of any discrepancy between rates mentioned in figures and words, the latter shall prevail. 15. Bidder should quote for all the items. 16. The Sindhudurg District Central Co-Op Bank Ltd, Sindhudurg may waive any minor infirmity or may seek any clarification, if so desired. 17. Any attempt of negotiation direct or indirect on the part of the tenderer with the authority to whom he has submitted the tender or authority who is competent finally to accept it after he has submitted his tender or any endeavor to secure any interest for an actual or prospective tenderer or to influence by any means the acceptance of a particular tender will render the tender liable to be excluded from consideration. 18. The vendor will have to arrange for all the testing equipment and tools required for installation, testing, maintenance etc. 19. The Sindhudurg District Central Co-Op Bank Ltd, Sindhudurg will have the right to reject the components / equipment supplied if it does not comply with the specifications at any point of installation / inspection. 20. Delivery time required for supplies should be indicated in the offer.
