Make sure to follow the instructions for your type of model. W455H, W555H Demount the top panel and the cover panel to the electrical connection. The new I/O board will be fitted under the existing I/O board. fig.7445

4 4 Instruction Disconnect the end of the existing D-bus cable from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and connect it to the new I/O board. Connect one end of the new D-Bus cable, provided in the kit, to the new I/O board. Connect the other end of the new D-Bus cable to the edge connector on the Power Supply Unit (PSU) where the old D-bus cable was connected. fig.7423 Remove the end of the old P-Bus cable from the PSU (A) and connect it to the new I/O board. Connect one end of the new P-Bus cable to the PSU (where the old was before) (B) and the other end to the new I/O board. fig.7470

5 Instruction 5 Affix the label on the inside of the cover panel to the electrical connection. Connect the external egde connectors. fig.7471 Adjust the cables and fit with cable ties where necessary. If necessary, download the latest software version from the web. For further instructions please refer to the Service manual. Mount the cover panel to the electrical connection and the top panel. Test run the machine. W465H-W4300H, W475N/S-W4330N/S, W565H-W5300H, W575N/S-W5330N/S, WB5130H-WB5180H, W5280X- W5600X Demount the rear panel. The new I/O board will be fitted onto the brackets above and below the Power Supply Unit (PSU). fig.7422

6 6 Instruction Disconnect the end of the existing D-bus cable from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and connect it to the new I/O board. Connect one end of the new D-Bus cable, provided in the kit, to the new I/O board. Connect the other end of the new D-Bus cable to the edge connector on the Power Supply Unit (PSU) where the old D-bus cable was connected. fig.7423 Connect one end of the P-Bus cable, provided in the kit, to the new I/O board. fig.7424

7 Instruction 7 Mount the new mounting plate and fit the new I/O board on the mounting plate. Remove the existing P-Bus connector from the PSU and connect it to the new I/O board. You might need to adjust the cable ties to allow the cable to reach. Connect the other end of the new P-Bus cable to the PSU where the before existing P-Bus cable was connected. Be careful not to damage any cables when mounting! fig.7425 Affix the label and connect the external signal edge connectors. fig.7427 Adjust the cables and fit with cable ties where necessary. Mount the rear panel. If necessary, download the latest software version from the web. For further instructions please refer to the Service manual. Test run the machine.

8 8 Instruction T5130 Demount the top panel. The new I/O board will be fitted on the existing I/O board. Disconnect the end of the existing D-bus cable from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and connect it to the new I/O board. Connect one end of the new D-Bus cable, provided in the kit, to the new I/O board. 10 10 Instruction T5290, T5550, T5675 Demount the upper rear panel and the cover panel to the electrical connection. Fit the new I/O board over the existing one by pushing it in from right to left. fig.7444a Disconnect the end of the existing D-bus cable from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and connect it to the new I/O board. Connect one end of the new D-Bus cable, provided in the kit, to the new I/O board.
