2 1 STEP 1 - DISCONNECT ALL POWER TO THE UNIT 2 STEP 2 - ANTENNA INSTALLATION 1. Open all grilles, doors and panels. 2. Remove top curbside fascia cover. 3. Attach antenna to bracket. 4. Attach bracket to threaded insert in frame with supplied hardware. 2

3 3 STEP 3 - HARNESS ROUTING 1. Route antenna cable around the front of the roadside fan to the coolant level harness. 2. Secure cable with clamp using existing hardware at location shown. 3. Route cable down to the control box and secure with bandwraps to the coolant level / low voltage harnesses. 4. Loosen control box screws and swing box away from frame. 5. Remove harness cover from rear of control box and route cable into box. 3

4 4 STEP 4 - TK BLUEBOX INSTALLATION 1. Install mounting bracket on top of controller board with two M6 Torx screws and tighten securely. 2. Connect both antenna cables to the TK BlueBox per the color codes. 3. Secure TK BlueBox onto the mounting bracket with four M5 locking nuts and tighten securely. 4

USB -Diagnostic Port DO NOT CONNECT (Secure to existing harness) Connect to TK BlueBox ibox - 3rd Party Gateway (Secure to existing harness if not used) Fuel Sensors Connect to fuel sensor wires. STEP 5 - SINGLE TEMP HARNESS CONNECTIONS 1. Install and attach harness as shown. See DOOR SWITCH CONNECTIONS on page Bundle and secure all wires and harness neatly with bandwraps. 3. Reinstall harness cover onto rear of control box. 4. Close and secure control box door. 5

See DOOR SWITCH CONNECTIONS on page Bundle and secure all wires and harness neatly with bandwraps. 3. Reinstall harness cover onto rear of control box. 4. Close and secure control box door. 6

7 7 DOOR SWITCH CONNECTIONS STEP 7 - DOOR SWITCH CONNECTOR FOR BOTH SINGLE AND MULTI-TEMP UNITS 1. Unplug the existing harness connectors from the SR4 controller going to the door switch. 2. From the TK BlueBox harness, remove the block-off plug from the door switch connector and attach connector into the harness going to the door switch. 3. Attach block-off plug (removed in step 2) into the harness connector coming from the SR4. STEP 7 - DOOR SWITCH CONNECTORS FOR MULTI-TEMP UNITS ONLY 1. Unplug the (2) existing harness connectors from the expansion board going to the door switches. 2. From the TK BlueBox harness, remove the block-off plugs from door switch connectors and attach the connectors into the harnesses going to the door switches. 3. Multi-Temp Units built after July Attach the two block-off plugs (removed in step 2) into the harness connectors coming from the expansion board. Multi-Temp Units built before July 2017 require ground harness (423151) - From the new ground harness, attach the (2) connectors into the (2) door switch harnesses coming from the expansion board and attach the terminal ring to J200 ground stud on the expansion board. Multi-Temp Units built after July 2017 Multi-Temp Units built before July

8 8 STEP 8 - RECONNECT ALL POWER TO THE UNIT 9 STEP 9 - CONFIGURATION PROCEDURES Door Switch 1. With the engine off, go to Guarded Access Menu. NOTE: Guarded Access Menu is not available if the engine is running. 2. Scroll down and select Hardware Settings a. Door Switch Enable (set to Enabled). 3. The unit is now programed for door switches, press the exit key. 4. In the TracKing website under Edit Vehicle, enable the following: b. Door Switch (select check mark in box). Fuel Tank 1. With the engine off, go to Guarded Access Menu. NOTE: There are two fuel sensors settings in Guarded Access - Programmable Feature and Hardware Settings. 2. Scroll down and select Hardware Settings. a. Fuel Level Sensor Type (Set to None when installing fuel sensor to the controller). b. REB Fuel Level Sensor Type (make sure it is set to None when ibox is installed). c. When installing fuel sensor to the TK BlueBox (Set to Solid State or Float type). 3. The unit is now programmed for fuel, press the exit key. 4. In the TracKing website under Edit Vehicle, enable the following: d. Fuel Tank size value. See TK BlueBox Diagnostic Manual (TK 56469) for further information on software setup procedures. Diagnostic Service Cable is available (423001) for use with the Web Based Diagnostic Program.
