2 1 Battery Pack 1-1:Push the battery Unlock button as below; 1-2:Push the battery Release button as below, then slide the battery pack out of the slot; 1 Battery Pack S9N SB3 1

3 2 BOTTOM DOOR ASSY 2-1:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm Screws ; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm GX630(MS-1652)Disassemble SOP 2-2:Remove Bottom Door Assy as below;

4 2-3:Remove SIM Card Door as below; 1 Screw E G SIM CARD DOOR E2P Y BOTTOM DOOR ASSY J411-Y31 1

5 3 THERMAL-KIT And CPU Module 3-1:Remove 7pcs SPING Screws and 2pcs M2.5*5mm screws, Then Disconnect CPU Fan sink Cable; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm :Remove CPU Fansink; 1 screw E G CPU FANSINK E F05 1

6 3-3:Open CPU lock as below; 3-4:Remove CPU Module; 1 CPU Module A10-K82G2F6-A08 1

7 3-5:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm Screws; GX630(MS-1652) Disassemble SOP Note:Screw driver torque is 1.8~2.0kgf.cm 3-6:Remove VGA Card Module; 1 VGA CARD Module 602-V Screw E G68 2

8 4 RAM WLAN And TUNER Module 4-1:Push RAM Slot Fastener as below; 4-2:Remove RAM Module; 1 RAM Module S7C-S T10 2

9 4-3:Remove WLAN Card Antenna, Then Remove 1pcs M2*3mm Screw; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 4-4:Remove WLAN Card Module; 1 WLAN CARD Module S T Screw E G68 1

10 4-5:Remove Tuner Antenna, Then Remove 1pcs M2*3mm; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 4-6:Remove Tuner Module; 1 TUNER Module S K Screw E G68 1

11 5 HDD Module ASSY 5-1:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm Screws Then Remove HDD Door Assy as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G HDD DOOR ASSY K411-Y31 1

12 5-2:Remove HDD Module as below; 1 Screw E G68 1

13 5-3:Remove 2pcs M3*3.5mm Screws Then Remove HDD Bracket as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G HDD Bracket E2M Y HDD MODULE ASSY S T14 1

14 6 ODD Module ASSY 6-1:Remove 1pcs M2.5*5mm Screw Then Remove ODD Module Assy as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G68 1

15 6-2:Remove ODD Bezel as below; 1 ODD Bezel E2P-651F211-Y31 1

16 6-3:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm Screws Then Remove ODD Bracket as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~1.8kgf.cm 1 Screw E G ODD MODULE S7D SI4 1 3 ODD Bracket E2M Y28 1

17 7 HINGE COVER ASSY 7-1:Push Fastener as below; GX630(MS-1652)Disassemble SOP

18 7-2:Remove Hinge Cover as below; GX630(MS-1652)Disassemble SOP 1 HINGE COVER E221-Y31 1

19 7-3:Remove Hinge Cover Cable as below; 1 POWER BOARD B-01S 1

20 7-4:Remove Cap Sensor Board as below;

21 7-5:Remove Cap Sensor Board as below; 1 Cap Sensor Board D-01S 1 2 Cap Sensor Board Cable K1C J36 1

22 7-6:Disconnect Camera Cable out of the slot as below; 1 Camera Cable K H39 1

23 7-7:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm Screw; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm 7-8:Use Plastic Stick Push Hinge Cap as below; 1 Screw E G Hinge Cap_L E2P Y Hinge Cap_R E2P Y31 1

24 7-9:Draw Out Camera Cable Wireless Antenna and 3G Antenna as below; 1 3G Antenna S V Wireless Antenna_L S V Wireless Antenna_R S V03 1

25 7-10:Disconnect Coaxia Cable as below; 1 Coaxia Cable K H39 1

26 7-11:Remove 4pcs M2.5*7mm Screws; then remove LCD MOUDLE. Note:Screw driver torque is 3.5±0.2kgf.cm(1-2) Note:Screw driver torque is kgf.cm(3-4) 1 Screw E H29 4

27 8 UPCASE ASSY 8-1:Remove 5pcs M2*3mm Screws, Then Remove Keyboard as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 1 Screw E G Keyboard S1N-3UUS112-C54 1

28 8-2:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm Screws, Then Remove Power Board as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 1 Screw E G Power Board B-01S 1

29 8-3:Remove 13pcs M2.5*5mm Screws; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G68 13

30 8-4:Remove PCI-E Card And XD Card as below; 1 PCI-E Card E2P Y XD Card E2M A81 1

31 8-5:Disconnect Speaker Cable and Microphone Cable as below; 1 Speaker S33-A F Microphone S F33 1

32 8-6:Remove FFC Cable(TO Power Board) and FFC Cable(TO T/P) as below; 1 FFC Cable(Power Board) K1C J FFC Cable(T/P) K1C J36 1

33 8-7:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm Screws, Then Remover FFC Cable(TO M/B)&(TO Button) as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 8-8:Remove Touchpad Bracket; 1 Screw E G FFC Cable(TO Button) K1C J Touchpad Bracket E2M G40 1

34 8-9:Remove 1pcs M2*3mm Screw, Then Remove Touchpad Button Board; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.0~1.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G Touchpad Button Board C-C10 1

35 8-10:Remove FFC Cable (TO Button) as below, then remove touchpad module; 1 FFC Cable(TO Button) K1C J Touchpad Module S SD2 1

36 8-11:Remove 4pcs M2*3mm screws, then remove speaker module s below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.0~1.5kgf.cm 8-12:Remove 2pcs s below; 1 screw E G speaker S33-A F magnet E2Y SF7 2

37 9 LOWER CASE ASSY 9-1:Remove 1pcs M2.5*5mm Screw, Then Remove FFC Cable (TO Audio Board) as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 2.3±0.2kgf.cm 9-2:Remove FFC Cable (TO Power Board) as below; 1 Screw E G FFC Cable(To Audio Board) K1C J FFC Cable(To Power Board) K1C J36 1

38 9-3:Remove RJ11 Cable and Bluetooth Cable as below; 9-4:Remove M/B; 1 RJ11 CABLE K H BLUETOOTH CABLE K H M/B S 1

39 9-5:Remove 1pcs M2*3mm Screw, Then Remove Bluetooth Antenna; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.0~1.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G BLUETOOTH ANTENNA S V BLUETOOTH MODULE D-070 1

40 9-6:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm Screws, Then Remove Audio Board; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.0~1.5kgf.cm 1 Screw E G AUDIO BOARD A-01S 1 3 LOWER CASE ASSY D411-Y31 1

41 9-7:Remove Bluetooth Antenna RJ11 Cable and TV IO Jack; 1 BLUETOOTH ANTENNA S V RJ11 CABLE K H TV IO JACK K H39 1
