The pop-up message indicates a Security Warning that WebCenter is requesting to run an application to load a resource that does not have the correct permissions. The user is shown a pop-up when displaying a WebCenter webpage, and then selects the options in the order specified: Performance Center, Enterprise Extender, select a row, check Graph Attribute, and then Do Graph. A prompt is displayed labeled as a Security Warning, stating that the application is requesting permission to load a resource from a specific WebCenter url. Upon selecting More Information, the user is notified that by clicking "Run" the application is allowed to run with limited access. The user is also notified that the digital signature for this specific application does not exist.
