3 There are numerous differences between I-Suite and e-isuite. Common Data added fields so that all functional areas can see things like the checkin date/time IAP DHS format for 202 (inc obj), 203 (org list), 205 (comm plan), and 220 (air ops) as the Wildland Fire format for 204 (div assg) and 206 (med plan). Demob ICS-221 will in future release be redesigned to incorporate the DHS version

7 Several places for help. Go thru the list. E-ISuite website will have links to all the class materials and many other items of use to the students. Be sure to look through it! Narrated tutorials are Module and Role walk-throughs, there is no user input action. It is guided screen walk-thru sessions to show how to navigate and what to put in screens. There may also be recorded live meeting sessions which students can play back for additional training. Might talk about the new HELP DESK contractors which will be known in April. They have to be trained. Getting a late start.

8 Testing release version week of April 7-9, We re planning on one final scenario test to make sure everything is working, and that we re well aware of the things that may still be issues. 1. Conduct ad hoc testing of the entire application (both Site and Enterprise). We won t be using a structured incident scenario, just using the application as we would on an incident based on our experience. 2. Test the NAP Accounts process in Production (have only tested in the Field Test environment at NITC) 3. Test the Data Transfer functionality 4. Test the IRWIN interface 5. Ensure all processes are working for a single incident and in an incident group 6. Monitor performance issues a memory leak issue was discovered during the Boise T-t-T session that needs further testing 7. Finalize a Known Issues document to publish as part of the final package for users On April 27, 2015, e-isuite will be released for use. On December 31, 2015, the current I-Suite will no longer be supported by the Incident Based Automation Development team or the help desk. On January 1, 2016 e-isuite will be the only supported application to perform I- Suite functions.

9 Will be using Site version this summer for all on incident or in an office Pilot will be done on the Willamette, so we can come up with a process on: who will be Account Managers (right now looking like Incident Business Leads) how Roles will be determined (by red card quals or something else) protocals on setting up incidents / incident groups in Enterprise
