It enables us to present a unified, positive, and flexible image for both the Environexus and Nero brands. The following pages explain the ways that our brands should be presented and the rules around using them correctly. Our logos create immediate brand recognition and builds equity with every impression. Please follow these guidelines carefully. We have developed them to help build and maintain a clear, consistent, and successful visual identity.
3 Our Brandmarks
4 3 Environexus The Environexus logo is a visual representation of the company and all brands within it. Its integrity must be maintained at all times. The logo comprises two elements: the Leaf and the Wordmark. The Wordmark must be equal to the height from point to point of the smaller side of the Leaf. LIGHT BACKGROUND DARK BACKGROUND
5 4 Nero The Nero logo represents the product range built by Environexus. Its integrity must be maintained at all times. The logo comprises three elements: the Wordmark, the Leaf, and the Strapline. When the logo is presented at less than 15mm tall the Strapline should be omitted as shown. It must never be shown without the Leaf. LIGHT BACKGROUND DARK BACKGROUND
6 5 Brandmark Lock-ups Our brandmarks must always be displayed in one of the approved lockups shown here. APPROVED A Preferred use of the Environexus logo. APPROVED B Used when space constraints prevent the use of the horizontal wordmark. Lock-up A is our preferred display of the brand and should be preferenced in most cases. Where space does not permit lock-up B can be used instead. No other lock-ups are accesptable. APPROVED A Preferred use of the Nero logo. APPROVED B Used when space constraints prevent the Strapline being legible.
7 6 Leaf Only The Leaf is able to standalone in many contexts provided the Environexus and/or Nero logos are presented clearly or the environment the Leaf is presented in is clearly Environexus. APPROVED A Standard use of the Leaf APPROVED B Use of the leaf on block background. Blocks should be shown as a square. With a minimum inset equal to the width of the smaller leaf.

9 8 Brand Colours Environexus employs two main colours for all base communications. These colours must be adhered to whenever the Environexus brand is represented. LIGHT BACKGROUNDS The brand may be presented in monochrome where required as shown. Environexus prefers the use of charcoal in place of pure black, including for body copy and headings. Green HEX: #70C624 RGB: 112/198/36 CMYK: 59/0/100/0 DARK BACKGROUNDS Charcoal HEX: #2D2E2C RGB: 46/45/44 CMYK: 67/64/64/64

13 Displaying our Brandmarks
14 13 Clear Space To maximise the brand s presence and ensure visual standout, there is a defined minimum clear space area. ENVIRONEXUS The clear zone around the brandmark defines the area into which no other graphic elements, including text, imagery, and other brandmarks, can intrude. The clear space around the Environexus logo should be equal to the large portion of the Leaf on all sides. The clear space around the Nero logo should be equal to the width of the N in Nero on all sides. This applies both with and without the Strapline. NERO
15 14 Minimum Sizes For ease of recognition and to ensure correct display of all logo elements, a minimum size has been set for the different versions of the brandmark. Ensure that these minimum sizes are respected for all reproductions. HORIZONTAL BRANDMARK 5mm 20px VERTICAL BRANDMARK 10mm 50px FULL NERO SIMPLIFIED NERO 8mm 30px 15mm 50px LEAF ONLY 10mm 30px
16 15 Co-Branding When any Environexus brandmark needs to sit side-by-side with an additional internal or external brand size, placement, and relevance mus tbe considered. Environexus logos must always be presented at the same prominence level as other marks they are sitting with. The use of the horizontal or vertical lock-up may be selected based on the space available or the proportion better matching the other marks. VERTICAL LOGO HORIZONTAL LOGO Where other marks are presented in full colour an Environexus brandmark should also be presented in full colour. The Leaf must not be used standalone when co-branding. 17 16 Incorrect Use Maintaining consistency throughout the use of our identity it is essential that the brandmarks are never altered in any way. USE THE CORRECT BRANDMARK ONLY Do not use out of date or older style versions of our logos. Presented are several examples of what not to do. The same rules shown here apply to all brand identity components. It is essential that the brandmark is already reproduced from the master artwork. DO NOT ALTER THE BRANDMARK Do not use alternative colours and present the brandmark on gradient or noisy backgrounds OTHER INCORRECT USES Do not use conflicting colours together. Do not alter the configuration of the typography. Do not add any other elements within the clear space defined. Never place the brandmark on a vonflicting background. Do not use multiple colours within the brandmark clear area. Do not add drop shadows or other effects to the brandmark.
