Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section. Be sure to click the Submit button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted. Check your inbox for a confirmation with a list of your entries. 2 Creating Entries Each exhibitor can have multiple entries. One entry must be made for each item. For example, if an exhibitor has three Arts and Crafts projects, three entries must be made. Once all entries have been created for the first exhibitor, you have the choice of adding entries for another exhibitor in this family or proceeding to check-out to submit. 1. Click the green create a new invoice 2. Click Add an beside the correct exhibitor (if more than one is listed). 3. Click Select beside 4-H Building Exhibits 4. After you select a department (4-H Building Exhibits), you will see a list of projects (divisions) to select from. Click select for the projects you want to enter. 5. After you have selected the project, click the green Choose button. 6. Click the specific project number you want to enter in and then the green select button. 7.

The 4-H club associated with your 4-H Online account will be selected as your suggested club. Click the blue button Select this club if it is correct.

It will show you are entering an exhibit in the 4-H Building Exhibits, the Division (Project) and the specific class within the project. 8. Click the green continue button 9. If not, search the list and select the correct club. 10. Type a brief description of your project and then click the green continue button. 11. The Review screen allows you to double check this entry for accuracy, and make any changes necessary. When the information is correct, click Continue and that class entry is complete.

This is on the left side of your screen. The right side will have step When each class entry is complete, you have 3 choices for what to do next: a. If this exhibitor has more class entries to make, you can Add another for this Exhibitor. (name will be listed in grayed area) b. If all class entries have been completed for one exhibitor, you can Register another Exhibitor in this family. c. If all entries for all exhibitors in the family have been completed, Continue to Payment to finalize and submit your entries. 13. Review your entries for completeness and accuracy. 14. Notice the Summary and Detail buttons at the top of the list on the right. If there are errors, click on the green Entries section at the top of the page.
