25 Send a Copy of a Document to Students Students make the copy and can rename it in their drive. Students may then share it or submit it through an assignment. Replace edit in the link with copy. This will force a copy to students once they access the link. Users will need viewing rights.

27 Assignments and Google Apps Students are able to submit assignments from content stored in their Google Drive.This can be done by uploading a file or submitting a link. Define the assignment type as online. Tick the box for file uploads to allow students to submit from Google Drive. Tick the box Website URL to submit by link.

28 Students can Submit Assignments using Google Apps Students will choose the Google Docs tab. Students will choose one file to upload. If multiple files need to be submitted, student may resubmit the assignment. To submit Google Drive content by link, copy the shareable link and paste in the Website URL tab. Ensure sharing permissions are set to view

33 Embed Videos YouTube Embed videos from your YouTube channel by pasting the embed code using the HTML Editor. Once saved, the video will appear in your content.

34 Embed Videos Screencastify Extension Record video in Chrome. Screen capture with or without the audio. The capture saves directly in Google Drive. Screencastify allows direct uploads to your YouTube channel.
