Previously known as the Department on Natural Resources, NRM& W provides information on property ownership. Products Available Name Se arch (QVAS) Allows you to search for a property in Queensland using the name of the person who owns it. Addre ss Se arch (QVAS) Allows you instant access to properties in Queensland by searching on an address. Title s Provides ownership information for a particular property. Titles also show any dealings over the property i.e. transfer, mortgage etc. De alings Re ports (Image s) Provides an image copy of original plan of property that includes transfer, mortgage, caveat, writ and lease. Plan Image s Provides an image copy of original plan of property. Also shows area of property and any marking made any surveyors and council (if available).

2 Ordering a Queensland Name Search Details needed to to order a QLD Name Search The name of company or individual you wish to search. Click on Land Titles, Sales Services Click on Queensland Land Titles Click on Name Search (QVAS) Enter the name details Select for current or historical details (historical will also provide current information) Click on Search Click Property Address for property report Property Report will be displayed for address Click on link for map, title, plan or name search Additional : Historical is now available. Enter less information to help find results quicker. Try leaving out middle name in case of no result although not recommended for common names, as results are limited to 100 matches

3 Ordering a Queensland Address Search Details needed to order a QLD Address Search Address details of the property you wish to search Click on Queensland Land Titles Click on Address Search (QVAS) Enter in street name only Click on Search Select the street name and locality required Property Report will be displayed for address Click on link for map, title, plan or name search Additional : Search by street name (e.g. Sample) Try leaving off the word street and the locality if no results are returned.

4 Ordering a Queensland Land Title Details needed to order a QLD Land Title Lot & Plan description and or the Title Reference Where to Start: In Subscriber Access, begin on the ABR Main Menu Click on Queensland Land Titles Click on Title Statements- Advanced Enter in either your Title Reference or Lot and Plan details Click on Process this Search Tick Add Box to confirm Correct title and click Add References to list Title Reference will display in the box on left side of screen Click on Generate Reports or Statements Click on Send to Inbox to temporarily store a copy In your ABR Inbox 0 Click on Continue Processing 1 Title will be displayed on Screen. If ordering more than one title at a time, all will go directly to your ABR Inbox Additional : If your plan is not displayed, you can try and substitute it with CP followed by the plan type and plan number E.g. Lot 1/B12345 would become Lot 1/CPB123456

5 Ordering a Queensland Plan Image Details needed to order a QLD Plan Image Plan description e.g. RP Click on Queensland Land Titles Click on Plan Images Advanced Enter in Plan details Click on Process this Search Tick Add Box to confirm the correct plan Click on Add Reference to List Plan Type and Number will be displayed in box on left hand side of the screen Click on Generate Reports or Statements 0 Click on Continue Processing 1 All plan images will be sent to your inbox Additional : If your plan type is not displayed, you can try and substitute with CP followed by the plan type and number. E.g. B12345 would become Lot CPB12345
