3 ToooAir PTT Application Guide ToooAir Push to Talk application guide is an in-depth guide to the user control and settings definitions of the application. The application is a powerful tool that can be used on both Android and IOS phones. This application connects a smartphone to the ToooAir PTT broadcast system and offers a light weight dispatch solution. Note: Some of the features may be different depending on version installed, smartphone device and the access permissions granted to the user. 1.0 Logging In Area: Australia Account: Enter Account Password: Enter Password Login 1

4 2.0 User Controls ToooAir PTT application features are broken up into four tabs; Group Map Message Settings By swiping your finger across the screen left or right you can change between tabs or by pressing the different tabs. The back arrow displayed in the Group tab offers multiple options; Leave group if in a group Logout Exit Trigger SOS: Hold in SOS button for at least 3 seconds PTT Broadcast: Hold in PTT button for broadcast The SOS button can be removed from display and the PTT button can be enlarged in the settings tab Close the Application: Navigate to the settings tab, scroll down to the Exit button and select Exit or use the back arrow as described above Map Features In the map tab there is either last location or real time location, last location will display users last known location this will display users even if they are offline. The real time location will display only online users in real time at their current location. Users name tags can be toggled on and off in the settings tab. Offline users will be displayed in a grey icon and online users will be displayed in a red icon. 2

5 2.0.2 User Management Navigate into a group press and hold on desired user for additional options; Private call: Commence a private call with user Track: Displays tracking of user on map tab Send Message: Commence sending a message to user Video Chat: Commence video chat with user Force to Join: Force user to join a group Disconnect: Disconnects user from group Stun User: CAUTION Stops user from accessing PTT broadcast system CANNOT be REVERTED unless contacting local dealer or ToooAir 3

7 2.0.3 Temporary Call Navigate into a group from the group tab, the users in that group will be displayed. To start a temporary call, select the users by tapping the corresponding boxes to the users you wish to commence the call with. Once selected press PTT button to commence temporary group, a temporary group will be created and now you can broadcast to the users as normally. To exit temporary group, press the back arrow. This will close the temporary group and place users back into original group. 5
