The list only includes the services described herein, however the Centre has the possibility to set up methodology and provide scientific and technical advise. General conditions: - The process of application of the services will be made according to the rules of access to the services of SSTI (document SERV-NO1) and previous registration as user (SERV-NO2). - Set up of the technique or methodology will be made depending on the cost of each one of the techniques - The minimum charge for the techniques charged by the time will be equivalent to one hour or fraction indicated in the rate chart. - Those tests that result in failure because of problems associated with incorrect operation of the analytical tools of the SSTI will not be charged. - When patterns that are not available in the laboratories will be needed, the cost of such patterns will be added to the price of the service with previous consent of the inquirer. - The laboratory or services non-contemplated in the following rates or services will be executed or charged upon the prior agreement of a quote. - The equipment with the notation (LUC), can be used as qualified user previous inclusion in the LUC (List of Qualified Users) - The writing of reports and processing of data in the laboratory has a charge of 45/hour and 95 /day, respectively. - The Applicable Rates are: o o o Rate A: corresponds to the price list for the execution of work by investigation groups within the centre or by other groups where members of CENIEH participate, which are scientific and will develop in, as a result of such tests and analysis, works or publications. Rate B: it is applied to institutions of public character such as universities, public organisms of research and other non-profitable entities, such as foundations. It is understood there is reciprocity and that if the CENIEH needed a service from the organizations priced B, these will reciprocate with the same consideration of prices towards the centre. Rate C: it is applied to any work which result is addressed and/or aimed to the private sector, either by direct commission to the Installation or through groups of research or other public entities, whom will be invoiced for the works at the usual private pricing. -The VAT in force will be added to these rates Rates and Conditions of ICTS Page - 1 -

However, ulterior interpretations and analysis from that data are not included in the fees, being circumscribed to the issuing of reports (see epigraph). Specific conditions: 1) The rates do not include the lending of software for ulterior data processing for services away from the laboratory, only the necessary programs for basic download and evaluation of the data. Posterior elaborations of data will be considered and charged separately. 2) The rates include the lending of field portable equipment in the case of desktop scanners and 3DSOM equipment. For the rest of cases, if requiring a field portable, the rates will increase 5/day, 20/week and 80/month. 3) The use of the 3DSOM program inside the CENIEH can include the use of the laboratory camera, if this is available. However, in outdoor works, the camera is not included in the rates. Rates and Conditions of ICTS Page - 8 -
