6 Focus on the O365 integration with Rainbow Persona Inna Impelido has an 0365 account and Calendar information are shared in the Rainbow client - Show the Rainbow client settings and the «Calendar Information» option activated - Connect to O365 Calendar with Inna Impelido credentials : Rainbow view O365/Calendar view - Create an appointment in the 0365 Calendar and show the instant modification of occupancy information in the Rainbow clients 6

7 Focus on the Google Suite integration with Rainbow Persona Gina Gonzales has an Google GMail account and Calendar information are shared in the Rainbow client - Show the Rainbow client settings and the «Calendar Information» option activated - Connect to Google Calendar with Gina Gonzales credentials : Rainbow view Google Calendar view - Create an appointment in the Google Calendar and show the instant modification of occupancy information in the Rainbow clients 7

8 Start a conversation with another user - Select two personas and start a conversation with IM between both: 1) Search a contact in the search bar OR list of contacts OR history of conversations Type and send a text IM NB: a user equipped with Microsoft Outlook client on Windows PC also benefits from an addin Rainbow to start IM with a contact, start audio/video call, start screen sharing. 2) Type a response IM and attach a file (drag and drop a file from your local storage) 3) Respond to the shared file with a text and copy&paste an image directly in the IM (CTRL+C CTRL+V) 8

10 Start a conversation with another user 7) Start a screen sharing session between two people NB: a user equipped with Microsoft Outlook client on Windows PC also benefits from an addin Rainbow to start IM with a contact, start audio/video call, start screen sharing. 8) Make an audio+video call between two people NB: a user equipped with Microsoft Outlook client on Windows PC also benefits from an addin Rainbow to start IM with a contact, start audio/video call, start screen sharing. 10

11 Start a conversation with another user 9) Record the live 1to1 conversation with audio+video. Show that it is also possible to record the screen sharing in live. Show that the recording file can be stored on the user cloud storage space or on a local disk. Play the recording. 11

12 Start a group conversation with multimedia - Engage in a group conversation between the three personas: 1) Create a new bubble «A Rainbow Bubble is a workspace designed to meet the needs of real-time collaboration between Rainbow users. A Bubble is a group, created around a collective interest such as a project, a meeting, a presentation or a specific product. Like multi-user chats, Bubbles open a special arena for communicating around one particular project for Rainbow users coming from one or several Companies.» Click on "Bubbles" (or "Your team Conversations") in the top banner to unfold the page dedicated to your Bubbles. Select the blue tab "CREATE" at the top right of your Rainbow screen. 2) Manage the bubble information To change the Bubble information, click on the grey pencil at the right of the Bubble title if you wish to modify this information, and validate your changes. Click on the grey pencil at the right of the Bubble topic, right below its title, if you wish to modify this information, and validate your changes. Click on your Bubble avatar to change its picture. Select the picture you wish to choose for your Bubble and click on "APPLY." New information is automatically displayed 12

13 Start a group conversation with multimedia 3) Show how to add participants in the bubble Go to your Bubble page by clicking on the icon (or "Your Team conversations") in the upper band of your screen. Then, click on "My bubbles" tab to unfold your Bubbles and select the one you wish to modify. Find the three dots ("Bubble options") at the right of your Bubble page and click to unfold a menu of actions. Select "Show participants list" to reveal more information about this Bubble. At the right side of your screen, you will find the name of the Bubble organizer followed by the list of members. To add participants, click on the icon at the bottom of the participant list, Type their name in the search bar and click on "APPLY." To remove a participant, go to the participant avatar in the member list and click on the blue icon ("Remove this participant") at the right of the participant banner. 4) Show how to join and quit the bubble To join a Bubble, Go to your "Bubble" page where you may find an invitation to join a Bubble, Refuse or "Accept" this invitation. Once you have agreed to join a Bubble, you will find it listed on the Bubble page "ALL. To read more information about this Bubble, simply click on it to display its information wall. You can now send messages to other participants of this specific bubble in only one message by typing your text in the space at the bottom of your screen. Click Enter to send your message to all other Bubble participants. To quit a Bubble, Go to "Bubble" page ("Your team conversations") by clicking on the icon in the upper band of your Rainbow screen. Select the Bubble you wish to quit, Click on the blue icon "Quit" at the very right side of the Bubble banner. From now on, you no longer enjoy access to any new information spread within this Bubble. If you go to your "Archived" Bubbles page, you will find this one listed

14 Start a group conversation with multimedia 5) Show how to hold an audio+video conference call Open one of your Bubble (You must be the organizer). On the top right of your screen, click on the button "Start the conference." Once the conference starts, attendees are invited to join the conference. All people in the Bubble can join the conference. Your conference attendees are displayed on the right tab. You can disconnect or mute them. You can create an audio/video conference (WebRTC) up to 10 attendees from a Bubble. The bubble organizer can invite other members to join his conference. 6) With the Android smartphone Rainbow client connected with the user account of one of the three persona. Show the user joining the instant audio+video conference on smartphone. The user with the Android smartphone can share his video cam and see the video of one the participant. Select the video of another participant to show that it is possible to switch from one participant to another. 14

15 Schedule and manage an audio meeting with external people - Demonstrate the audio conference feature of Rainbow (requires the Rainbow Conference user rights). Use the persona Inna Impelino to schedule an audio meeting: Create the meeting Step 1 Click on the tab "Meetings" in the upper band of your Rainbow screen. In the tab "My meetings," search for the blue tab "CREATE A MEETING. Step 2 Define a name and a subject for your meeting. Choose between holding an Instant or Scheduled meeting: - An instant meeting starts as soon as you click on "create" and ends when you leave the meeting. - A scheduled meeting begins at the time and date defined by the organizer. Then, click the blue tab "NEXT" to finalize the meeting creation. Step 3 Invite people for the meeting: Rainbow user contact (use the personas Paul and Gina) or external contacts with a valid address (use the address of the customer for this demonstration) Invited people are notified and will be, therefore, able to join the meeting. They won't be able to join a finished meeting as the invitation would have had expired. You can customize the avatar for this meeting. Click on the blue tab "CREATE" to send out the invitations NB: a user equipped with Microsoft Outlook client on Windows PC also benefits from an addin Rainbow to schedule an audio meeting directly from the Outlook/Calendar interface. 15

16 Schedule and manage an audio meeting with external people Join the meeting - ORGANIZER Step 1 Click on the tab "Meetings" in the upper band of your Rainbow screen. In the tab "My meetings," click on the new created meeting You can also click Join button and go to step 3 below Step 2 Show the interface of the meeting with name and scheduled date/time at the top, the join icon illustrated by a phone, the list of invited people on the right vertical bar. Click on the phone icon to Join the meeting Step 3 Enter the phone number (fix or mobile) the audio bridge will call to join you. If the Business phone number is configured in the profile of the user then it will be used automatically by the application to call the audio meeting

You can Turn off your microphone You can show who has been invited and who has joined the meeting as participant Step 5 Click on the icon to end the meeting and confirm by clicking button OK 5 17

18 Schedule and manage an audio meeting with external people Join the meeting - INVITEE 1 Step 1 Click on the tab "Meetings" in the upper band of your Rainbow screen. In the tab "My meetings," you can see the invitation for the audio meeting Click on the accept icon and click on the meeting in the list to enter Step 2 Show the interface on the invitee side Click on the icon with the three points vertical to show the Meeting details for invitee (date/time, attendee password, phone numbers in the country) Join the audio meeting by clicking of the phone icon Join with one invitee (Paul or Gina) 2 3 Step 3 With a second invitee show the invitation received by (on O365/Mail or on Gmail). Join the audio meeting by typing the phone number indicated in the invitation with the attendee passcode Each participant can leave the audio meeting individually. The meeting is closed when the organizer make the action to end the meeting. 18

20 Chatbot Flight Booking how does it work? Virtual Assistant illustrating the concept of relationship machine (Bots, IA, API integration) using : Rainbow API & Bot dialogflow API integration Air France Open Data API integration Story Board : A passenger would like to book a ticket flight. He s contacting its virtual assistant flight book services by chat. The flight booking service scans all the options related to a passenger journey including information on schedule, prices, route information, alternative choices, etc Key message : Transportation Companies are willing to keep a permanent link with passenger creating loyalty and efficiency. Rainbow connects bots, humans and data to provide relevant information at the right time to the right person. 20

21 Chatbot Flight Booking usages User guide: Start with IM «flight» or «book» or «reservation» First question from the Chatbot is «Where would you like to go?» Choose at least one city in Europe (either departure or destination) Type «cancel» if you want to go back to the first question from the Chatbot «Where would you like to go?» 21
