6 Call routing selection: configure which device you want to use to make a call [1. A: click on the make phone calls with button. Show the different possibilities: - Call from the computer - Call from the Office phone - Call from other phone (aka Nomadic mode) ]. [2. A: Show the Call routing Setting options with - Call Forwarding - Dual Ringing ]. 6

7 Make a call to a contact from the RB client using the Office Phone as the audio device [1. A: click on the make phone calls with button. Select Call from the Office phone ]. A: Type the internal extension number in the search/call bar #33501 In reality it could be any extension number configured on the PBX: analog phone, DECT, IP phone etc. ]. A: Select Call from the computer as if A is out of the office and he needs to call an external number ]. [2. A: Type an external phone number in the search/call bar It can be a land line or a mobile phone number ]. [3. A: Show the call control bar that appears at the bottom right of the RB client screen ].
