20 Little Known Features A number of settings you may not have known about

21 Review Timeframe Override the review timeframe Time window to do a review is within x days of the review due date as set by the Notification Value in the Profile Config. We can change the time window (such as from 45 to 60 days) We can turn off the restriction so that review can be created at any time

22 Allow System Admins to Review Allow System Admins to review Change made to make the Access definition in Profile Definition the defining permissions This can be changed to allow any system admin to review any profile

23 Prevent Sys Admins from Scheduling Typically, System Admins can schedule reviews. This can be turned off.

24 Allow Self Review When the reviewer is in the profile group, she is not allowed to review herself. However this can be overridden system-wide.

25 Set Next Review from Completion Date By default, the next review is scheduled based on the current scheduled date for a completed review. It can be set to schedule the next review based on the completion date of the current review.

26 Don t Send Target/Alarm Notification Can turn off the nightly target and alarm notifications.

27 Two-step Reviews Using this feature, when the first review is saved as pending, the nightly reports will send an to others who have full permissions that a review has been saved as pending. This will alert the final reviewer that he/she has a review to finish. Message is customizable.

28 List Contributor in Review History Turning this on will list the user who last saved the review as pending. This is an additional column on the report called Contributor. Does not require Two-step Notification.

29 Notifications Format Customize subject, body, and footer for Review Created Review Changed Review Completed Review Upcoming Review Notification Two-step Notification

30 Outcome Escalation Footer for this is customizable.

31 Allow Frequent Indicator Processing Often called one-hour processing. Includes: Updating scorecard Sending notifications of alerts for a select view

32 Maximum Length of Comment/Action Plans Set to 100 pre , 300 after. This can be adjusted in versions after Use with caution.

33 Enable Export of Show Data for Period Allows the Excel icon to be active on Show Data for Period.

34 Highlight Scorecard Background Color Enables background color of the Current Value field of the scorecard to match the target/alarm status color.

35 Create Statit Indicators - DV + Allow non-dv Indicators to be built using this function Default is to just show DV Profiles

36 Allow pimd Admins to Edit My Indicators for Other Users Setting allows those users of type pimd Admin to edit other users My Indicators.

37 Disallow Power User Expert Actions Take away the Expert Actions function for Power Users.

38 Customizations Footers for: Process Expert My Indicators Indicator Error to Expert Additional info field added to My Indicators

39 Allow User Renames By default the user login in Statit User Admin cannot be changed. This feature allows the System Admin to make that change.
