1 Quick Guide Getting started with the New 4th Generation Tutela Secure Customer Website Tutela is pleased to introduce to you our new 4th Generation Website. The following guide is intended for System Administrators. There are permissions that must be granted by the administrator for some of the new features that have been added and are included in this guide. Please save the following link to your favorites. (*Make sure to allow pop-ups.) Here, you can select the Next Generation Website or the Existing Website. For purposes of this training we will pick Next Generation Website. Make sure that when you are logged in to the new customer website you are in version 4 (v4). After you log in to your company s secure web area, the next screen will look slightly different. While many features remain the same, there are a few new features that are now available to you. Let s outline them here.
2 The Main Screen The main screen will have the departments listed as in the prior version of the site; however, the icons on the screen will look different. 1. User Audits This is the activity on your customer website by user. This feature is the same as the User Activity icon in the previous version. 2. Contacts Here you can manage your contact list to assign who is called and when; and you can manage your automatic notifications (if you have been given permission by your system administrator). (To be outlined later.) 3. Probes This lists all of your existing sensors and displays the current value along with options to view graphs and tables and manage incidents and isolations. 4. Library This is where the IQ, OQ, DQ documents are retained as well as your system reports and Tutela User Manuals. This feature is the same as the Library icon in the previous customer website version; however, the folder configuration is different. (To be outlined later.) 5. Setpoints The information here is the high and low points for each sensor. This is also where you will adjust those values along with the delay time (if you have been given permission by your system administrator). SITES & DEPARTMENTS Let s breakdown the new features now available to you under the Contacts, Probes and Setpoints icons. We ll start with Contacts.
3 CONTACTS When you click on the Contacts icon, you will see two new options: 1. Click on Manage Alarm Contact to manage your contact lists. Here you will see three new icons: 1. Click on Manage Contact Names to add, delete or modify contacts in your call list. 2. Click on Allocate Contact Names to assign contacts to call lists. 3. Click on View Contact Allocations to see who gets contacted, how they get contacted and when they get contacted. On this screen you will see a phone and/or envelope and/or cell phone icon to indicate voice and/or and/or text notifications. 4. Click on Manage Automatic Notifications to view specific alarm types and how are they are to be handled. Here you can add address and mobile phone numbers for text notifications.
4 PROBES 1. On the main probes screen you will see the most current recorded value as well as the option to view the probe data in graphical or table format. You also can view any incidents on an individual probe by clicking the Incident icon and you can see the status of the battery. These features are the same as on the Sensors icon in the previous website version. 2. A new feature on the main probes screen is the Isolations icon. By clicking this icon you can add a single isolation for a specific duration and add any applicable notes. These isolations will be reflected in the isolation history. (Note you will only be able to access this feature if you have been given permission by your system administrator). SETPOINTS 1. By clicking the Setpoints icon, you are able to change the high and low settings for individual probes as well as adjust the delay time. You also will see the most recent recorded temperature. These features are the same as on the Alarm Settings icon in the previous website version. (Note you will only be able to access this feature if you have been given permission by your system administrator). 2. On the left-hand side you will see an option to view existing Alerts and change the Alert Settings. (Note you will only be able to access this feature if you have been given permission by your system administrator).
5 LIBRARY The same documents that were available in the previous customer website version are available to you now; however, the folder configuration is slightly different. 1. Files from the previous customer website version can be found in the Legacy Files folder. 2. New files created in the new version of the customer website will be filed accordingly in the following folders: Other Links a. User Manuals b. Website Validation c. System Installation d. System Users On the left-hand side of the page, you will see quick links to a few other features you are familiar with. View Sensors - takes you back to the main Sensor List. View Incidents - allows you to view any incidents that occurred along with the incident detail. Check Readings - gives you a report of all of your sensors with the current recorded data. See below for new features. Manage Isolations schedule isolations for multiple sensors or edit an existing isolation. Compare Graphs pick up to 8 probes to compare in graphical format. View Settings takes you back to the Setpoints screen.
6 Check Readings 1. The Check Readings option remains mostly unchanged, however, you are provided with a few options which are located in a different place on the screen. Once you select Check Readings you are able to choose Recheck, Continue or Cancel from the menu on the left. 2. To print the Check Readings report to the Library and/or to your local printer, select Continue You will then be prompted to enter your PIN Number. You will also be able enter any notes you d like to print on the report. Other enhancements Take note that: 1. Sensors with outstanding incidents will move to the top of the list in the Sensor List. 2. If a sensor has not reported data for a set period of time it will display FAULT instead of the last recorded temperature. 3. Passwords and PIN Codes can automatically be reset by clicking the links on the log in screen. 4. Report data can be automatically downloaded into Excel format.
