2 QUASAR Respiratory Motion Software Version Released April 10, 2018 New Features + N/A Installation To upgrade to v from v or earlier: 1) Uninstall the previous version of the QUASAR Programmable Respiratory Motion software using the Add/Remove Programs functionality provided by Windows. 2) Run QUASAR Programmable Respiratory Motion.exe from the install CD or downloaded file to install the QUASAR Respiratory Motion software. The software requires the Microsoft.NET Framework version 4.0 and Visual C Runtime Libraries x86 to be installed. If either one is not installed, you will be prompted to do so. 3) When this installation completes successfully, there will be a shortcut on the desktop to start the application. 4) Upgrade the firmware on your existing Respiratory Motion Device by following the instructions in Appendix 7 of the User's Guide (firmware update only valid for non-mri motion hardware) Note: Installation of this software includes a firewall exception which allows the software to detect improperly configured IP settings on Modus motion phantoms. To install v for the first time:
