Instructions are included at the end of this letter. This new TerraSuite TM version contains many new features, enhancements and other improvements across TerraView TM, TerraFusion TM PROSPECT, TerraFusion TM INTERPRETATION and TerraMorph TM. Originally planning a patch release to address specific customer issues, we have been able to enhance a number of additional workflows. As such, Release is a significant software upgrade that has expanded database capabilities, which will require migration of your projects. We recommend backing up your database projects prior to migration, and have automated multi-project backup to simplify your data management. Release includes the following important new features, listed by product, as well as bug fixes and usability improvements: TerraView TM System improvements - User Guide expanded and now available as both a "printable" pdf file and as online html help, directly accessed from the application - Context help expanded and accessible from any dialog or view with a "?" symbol - Streamlined automatic backup of single or multiple projects, either on-demand or using a programmable scheduler - X4mdiag - Windows utility for gathering key system information to aid in identifying system compatibility and performance problems - Last modified date in session properties view, for easier project/session mapping Data Import - Well pick import from multiple-column file, with assignment of pick name from header line (matching export from government websites and certain software systems) - Well path data import mapping to any well in the database - Optional well bore path extension when well logs or picks exceed total well depth - Distributed Temperature Survey (DTS) well data import in WITSML format

If you experience anomalous color rendering of horizons, please update your driver. Specifically for nvidia Quadro FX 3600M, version does not draw horizons correctly. Upgrade to driver version or later. To download the new release, please access our ftp site ftp://sftp.transformsw.com, using the login and password listed in the associated . Once connected, change directory to ftp_public/releases/2.2.0 and download the appropriate TerraSuite install.zip for your hardware and operating system. Windows packages include MySQL. If you are updating an existing installation, the check box next to MySQL in the install dialog should automatically be disabled. Linux packages do not include MySQL and can be unzipped into a directory such as /opt/transform/ Linux installation notes, useful in particular for updating MySQL to version 5, can be found in ftp_public/documentation directory.
