8 Files already in Aras Innovator Office files already put into Innovator manually can be managed by the Office Connector Requirements for this to work: The ItemType and Classification of the Item containing the file must be a valid configured Document Type The Authoring Tool property controls what type of file will be managed There can be only one Office file of the type specified by Authoring Tool If more than one of the same type Error message If other files ignored by the Office Connector but not removed Once these requirements are met, the user can search for and open the file using the Office Connector Slide 8
