1 Get Started with the INCENTER Application Log in to the TireCheck INCENTER application using user account details provided. The application requires an Internet connection. Your Android smart device must support Bluetooth connections. The application requires Android version 4.4 or higher, listed at: The user is prompted when an INCENTER update is available for installation. TireCheck recommends you the following devices: Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, S6 LG G3, Nexus 5x Huawei P8 Sony Xperia M4 Minimum requirements: Dual Core Processor 1.5 GHz, 1GB RAM Recommended requirements: Quad Core Processor 1.5 GHz, 2GB RAM Note: This is a generic user guide. Configuration and feature availability vary from system to system.

3 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 3 DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION USING YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT The INCENTER application is also available on Google Play Store. Users can download and install the application on different smart devices. 1. Locate the INCENTER application 3. Tap Accept. 4. Tap Open to run the application. on Google Play Store. 2. Tap Install. 4 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 4 DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION USING A TIRECHECK ACCOUNT Users without personal Google account may use a TireCheck account to install the INCENTER application on their smart device. 1. Navigate to the Settings screen of your smart device. 2. Tap Accounts. 3. Tap Add Account Tap Google.

5 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 5 5. Enter install.incenter@tirecheck.co m as the address. 6. Tap Next. 7. Enter Tirecheck44 as the password. 8. Tap Next. 9. Tap Accept. 10. Select No, thanks. 11. Tap Continue. The Google account is configured and you can now install apps from the App Store. Note: Do not uninstall the TireCheck Google account from your device as long as you are using TireCheck apps.

7 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 7 UPDATE THE APPLICATION When a new version is released, users are invited to update the app. When no new version is available, the INCENTER app launches. 1. Tap Download to download a TireCheck Version Tap Install to install the new release of the application, if downloaded application to your available. device. 3. 10 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 10 SWITCH USERS 1. Tap User to switch to a different user. Previously used users and servers display. 2. Select a different user/url to switch. Note: The current user/url is marked in blue.

11 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 11 CONFIGURE A USER CONTEXT 1. Tap Context. 2. Select a service center, company, fleet and location. 3. Tap Context to navigate back to the main menu.

12 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 12 OFFLINE MODE Subscribing a fleet or service center for offline usage downloads all fleet vehicles or stock tires to your smart device. The vehicles and tires are available if the device loses network connectivity. When network connectivity is restored, returning to online mode enables the app to sync data changes and operations performed when the device was offline. Note: Bluetooth automatically disables when offline, but you can re-enable Bluetooth, even offline, and re-pair the Flexigauge and Pressure Stick. DOWNLOAD A SINGLE FLEET 1. Tap Context in the main menu. 2. Select a company and a fleet. 3. Tap Subscribe for Offline to download the selected fleet data. DOWNLOAD MULTIPLE FLEETS/TIRES 1. Navigate to Settings > Subscriptions Manager. 2. Select Fleets or Stock. 3. Switch a toggle to download the selected fleet/stock data. SELECT A CONNECTION MODE Tap Online/Offline: A. Automatic: The app automatically switches between the online/offline modes depending on network connectivity. B. Manual Offline: Immediately switch to offline mode.

13 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 13 CREATE A LOCATION 1. Tap Context in the main menu. 2. Select a company and a fleet. 3. Tap Add d. 4. Enter a location name. 5. Tap Save to create the location.

14 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 14 PAIR THE FLEXIGAUGE AND THE PRESSURE STICK 1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. 2. Tap Settings. 3. Enter your wireless pressure 4. Tap Bluetooth. 5. Press and hold the center button for 2 sec. to power on the Flexigauge. 7. Tap Scan, if required. 8. Select your Flexigauge, ensuring the serial number matches with the Flexigauge The Flexigauge remains connected for up to 30 min. when idle. Tap the Flexigauge icon to reconnect to the device after 30 min. stick (PS) ID; or connect the 6. 15 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 15 ASSIGN QUICK OBSERVATIONS TO THE FLEXIGAUGE BUTTONS Configure quick observation buttons on the Flexigauge to easily add observations to tires, axles or vehicle during an inspection. 1. Tap Settings in the main menu. 3. Select a button to associate with an observation. 4. Tap Add. 5. Select a location (e.g. tire, axle, vehicle), rule/observation type and rule/observation. 6. Tap OK P. Note: The quick observations are configured on your smart device and trigger with any Flexigauge paired with that device. 2. Tap Flexigauge Setup.

16 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 16 UPDATE DATA Static data includes policies, products, inspection parameters, etc. 1. Tap Settings. A. Tap Full Data Update to synchronize static data. Note: Until the update finishes, users cannot use the app. B. Tap Clear cache and restarty to delete cached data and synchronize static data. Note: All previously downloaded vehicle and fleet data are also deleted from the device memory.

17 Get Started with the INCENTER Application 17 RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA DOWNLOAD Users can restrict data download to prevent their device from continually updating data using their Internet mobile. 1. Navigate to the device settings. 2. Tap Data Usage. 3. Tap INCENTER Core. 4. Enable Restrict Background Data. The app now downloads background data only if you are using Wi-Fi.
