15 What is Career Manager? An online tool which allows you to plan and record your professional development. Build a competence profile for work Familiarise yourself with the UK-SPEC competence frameworks Undertake Initial Professional Development (IPD) to prepare for professional registration Apply for professional registration and have your application verified through the tool Create a development action plan Log your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and report on it. Submit your CPD return you can do all of this and more in Career Manager.

Mandatory for IEng and CEng Lasts around minutes (includes 15 minute presentation) The Interview is - A demonstration of competence - Testing verbal communication - NOT a technical examination Conducted by 2 interviewers Is based on your application form
