7 1. Scope of Work a. Renewal of licence for Symantec Endpoint Protection (latest Version) b. Delivery of licence copy in original c. Delivery of Media CD s if any d. Service as mentioned in section 3 2. Payment Terms 100% payment will be released only after successful completion of the renewal and corresponding sign off. 3. Licence & Service Terms a. Operating period of the Licence is for one year from to b. Support for Antivirus Server / re-installation if required c. Support for Antivirus Clients within Trivandrum City Branches and Regional Office, Trivandrum d. Support for Antivirus Clients at outstation Branches and Regional Offices e. Response time for service calls for Trivandrum city branches will be within 12 hrs f. Response time for service calls for outstation branches will be within 24 hrs. 4. Delivery of Order Licences to be delivered & installed / updated /renewed on the Server within 15 days from receipt of the order. 5. Submission of Invoice / Bills The Invoice / Bills are to be submitted to IT Department at Head Office of the Bank after successful completion of installation of the anti-virus software in the Server.
