6 IT Services HARDWARE Support With more than 8300 interventions annually*, Q NET INTERNATIONAL provides warranty and post-warranty authorized support for Servers, UPSs, PCs, Notebooks and Printers. Based on the competencies of our engineers and after the conclusion of a service contract, we provide technical assistance according to the standard service terms of the producers, as well as 24/7 proactive technical assistance on site, within a guaranteed time of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours or 24 hours.
