3 CIS FieldOps New Staff in DPS Regions 1 & 2 ETN Refresh/Restock/Maintenance Drones Dedicated Training for Local and DDC DDC Maintenance and Creation of DDC on a Cart Remote Sensing in the Field
4 Hurricane Harvey CIS FieldOps 5 personnel deployed, to across 10 different locations over the course of 30 days DDC in a Box supported 3 locations Technology deployed include ETN Devices, flood cameras, projectors, tv, Internet, MSAT, Damage Assessment, plotter, GIS, networking and Computer/WebEOC Support
5 CIS DevOps In 2018, the ETN board will have a revised import tool utility as well as other enhancements.
6 CIS DevOps In 2018, the ETN app (ios/android) will add Store and Forward capabilities for adding Locations, Vehicles, and registering People. Additionally, the ETN app will have a Vehicle Tracker component.
7 CIS DevOps In 2018, STEAR will have the ability to search records based on zip codes, export data to csv file capabilities and tie facilities with registrants.
8 CIS DevOps Deliverables In 2018, CIS DevOps will develop the GEOID solution which will contain jurisdictional contact information and other pertinent information, and integrate with other solutions such as DSO, STEAR, and ETN, in the future. Additionally, CIS DevOps will develop the 147 and 151 solutions and enhance the STAR board.

10 CIS HQ (GIS) Web Services via ArcGIS Online were rapidly and successfully set-up and organized around ESF and ICS functions and connected to the DPS TxMap Portal and FEMA Region-6. WebEOC to ArcGIS Extension was successfully deployed during Hurricane Harvey, including TxMap data integration and real world test of the mobile bidirectional feed for the POD Board. ArcGIS Survey123 Mobile App was successfully deployed for Damage Assessments.
11 CIS HQ (A/V Systems) Enhanced TDEM s mass conference call/webinar capabilities for quick response incidents and remote location support. Provide guidance for operating mass attended emergency calls. Neutral party review of planned AV procurement projects. The CIS team can provide a general review of your project to insure equipment items meeting your intended goals with the understanding of fiscal responsibility. Technical assistance on operation of existing AV equipment and integration of new items into legacy systems.
12 CIS HQ (WebEOC) LoneStar WebEOC Server rolled out to 111 jurisdictions: 67 total area 55,096 square miles Area larger than the state of New York (54,555 square miles) 2016 population (estimated): 1,692,296 Population larger than the state of Idaho (1,567,652)
13 Hurricane Harvey In Review 7,244 STARs (Resource Requests) specific to Harvey. 755 of calls supported on Total of 305 DSOs and updates for Harvey. Total 22,966 number of people tracked in ETN. CIS tied ETN with State of Louisiana banded Texans.
