1 Home Page Website User Guide

2 1) Sign In - Register for an Account In order to shop on the site and access your management tools first you must login. To log in click the Sign In/Register button in the top right of the page, under the phone number. If you already have login credentials, you can enter them here and click Log In If you are new to the BMI Merchandise website, please click Register for an Account button and fill in the required information on the following account registration page.

3 2) Shopping/Browsing the website Once logged in, you will be directed back to the home page. The left column is home to Merchandiser & Crane Kits as well as specific categories, by clicking on a category, you will be directed to the corresponding products within that category. Welcome User! Center page you will notice a rotating slide show that will feature new and upcoming product releases. Directly under the slide show is a quick product preview of some New Items and Top Sellers. You can click products under these headlines to find out more, or click the headline itself to see all the New Items or Top Sellers

4 3) Intelligent Search Feature Above the categories on the left column, you will notice the search box. Our intuitive system allows you to search by keyword, price range and/or ticket value as well as search for specific content within the site (ie, FAQs, Policies, Machines). Website User Guide

5 Content Search Results If you search for site content, such as specific pages or information, your results will be displayed as shown below. Click the purple headings to be directed to the corresponding page. Price Search If you are searching for products within a set price range, you simply enter the minimum and maximum price and preform the search to display all the products within that range. Ticket Value Search If your account has been setup with ticket values, you can click the words Ticket Value Search to expand the search box. Simply enter the minimum and maximum ticket value and preform the search to display the products within that range. If you are not setup with ticket values and would like to be, contact your sales rep. *Your sales rep will help you create mark up percentages if needed. Narrow Your Search Results This feature is available in many categories - it allows you to narrow the results of your search based on attributes/characteristics of the items within the search results and/or category. Simply check the box/boxes of the attributes you would like to display in your results.

6 4) Item Details Once you have clicked into the item/items you are looking for, you will see all the information pe aining to that specific item. Ticket Value The value displayed here is what this item should cost in tickets. If you wish to change the ticket value of an item click on the request ticket value change link and follow the directions. Warning Labels If there are any warnings associated with the chosen product, you can click the warning icon warning labels for that item. to reveal the

7 5) Favorites Lists By clicking the Add to Favorites button any item can be added to a Favorites list. Creating a Favorites List When adding a favorite for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a name for your new list.

8 6) Accessing Your Favorites Lists To access your Favorites Lists, click the Favorites link in the header (above the phone number) from any page. This will bring you to the Favorites Lists Page. Welcome User! Your Favorites List Once on the Favorites/Wish Lists page, you can see all of your saved lists and view them individually by clicking them. When viewing a list, you can see all the items added to that list as well as their item numbers, descriptions, ticket value, price, etc. You can also remove items from your list by simply clicking the remove button. If you wish to add an item from your list directly to your ca, input the quantity you would like to purchase and click add to ca. If you wish to expo the list into a csv (excel) file, click the Expo List button and the download will sta automatically.

9 7) Check Out When you are ready to check out - click the shopping car icon on the top right of the page. You will see the number of unique items in your car. 8) Viewing The Ca After clicking on the shopping ca - you will be re-directed to this page The Shopping ca page shows you all of the items in you ca, the unit quantities, unit price, ticket values (if you are set up for ticket values), and the extended line item total. You can so your ca by unit price, or ticket value - ascending or descending by clicking the up or down arrows in the column headings. You can also remove an item from your ca by clicking the remove button below each item. Updating quantities can be easily done by changing the quantity field and clicking Update Quantity near the bottom of the page. On the far right of the page you will see your order sub total before taxes and shipping costs. When you are ready to check out, click the Checkout button.

10 9) Shipping Information After clicking Check Out, you will then be brought to the Shipping Information page: John Doe ABC Ente ainment 123 Test Street Lakewood, New Jersey John Doe On this page you will be asked to either choose from an existing shipping address or enter the information for a new shipping address. Please fill in the required fields. If you plan to use this address again in the future, click the check box next to Save as a new address. This will save the address you just entered in your account to be used for a later purchase. Shipping note - shipping charges are determined after your order has been physically created in our warehouse. Next Day, Second Day and 3-Day ground service are available upon request. Larger orders may ship via trucking company. Bonita Marie will provide the best freight rate available. Please contact your sales rep if you need your shipping expedited.

11 10) Payment Method On the next Check out page, you are asked to provide payment details. John Doe 123 Test Street Lakewood New Jersey You can choose to pay with a credit card or be sent an invoice if you are an existing customer with payment terms established. For more information on payment terms, please contact your sales rep. Provide your credit card number, expiration date, and security code as well as the billing address for that credit card. To save this card for future use - click the check box next to Save this credit card for future orders. Credit cards can be deleted later under My Account if you choose to delete it. To recieve an invoice for this order - choose the checkbox next to Invoice me. Provide your billing information. Note only customers with payment terms established will see this option.

12 11) Order Review Finally review your order details. Add any additional notes or questions you may have. These will be reviewed by BMI prior to your order shipping. Review the Legal Terms and Conditions and click the checkbox to indicate you have done so. Finally click Place Order to submit your order. An order confirmation page will appear with all of your order details on it.

13 12) Confirmation You will see your order check out details and can print this page for your records if you like. You will also recieve an order confirmation with this information as well.

14 For New Customers Once your information is submitted and your account has been approved you will receive a welcome letter with your sales representatives contact information.

15 13) My Account The My Account area is home to some very useful tools that enable your management team to be more productive. My Account Overview Page From this page you will notice buttons to your Purchase Summary, Invoice Summary & Item Summary pages. Underneath these buttons is your most recent account activity, you can view a more detailed account of these recent transactions by clicking on the order # s. Recent tracking numbers are available for your convenience, simply click the tracking number to be redirected to your orders tracking overview. ABC Entertainment ABC Entertainment ABC Entertainment ABC Entertainment In Progress Shipped & Billed Shipped & Billed Shipped & Billed Shipped & Billed Downloading EPL s (Electronic Packing Slip) EPL s for recent orders can be found on the My Account overview page, EPL s for past orders can be found on the invoice summary page by clicking into the desired month. To download an EPL, simply click on the file name in the EPL column. New EPL s are indicated by a red new icon, EPL s previously clicked/downloaded are indicated by a purple viewed icon.

16 14) Purchase Summary By clicking on the Purchase Summary button, you can see an overview of all the purchases made by year per location. You can click on any order number or invoice to expand the details of that order. Statements By Month Click the date of any statement to see a detailed account of all invoice dates, payments, credits and balances for that months purchases.

18 Monthly Invoices After having clicked the desired month, the invoice details will load showing the individual invoices for that month as well as other relevant order information. Monthly Statements After having clicked the desired statement date, all of the invoices sent within that statement will be displayed, showing the dates the invoices were sent, their reference numbers, your terms, the amount paid, credit recorded and the remaining balances. 19 16) Item Summary By clicking on the Item Summary button, you will be able to see your previous months Top 25 items, so ed by either quantity, point value or dollar amount. Custom Item Summary If you require a custom summary, you can search by date range, item and location by clicking the Custom Query button. The results of your custom query can be expo ed to a.csv file (excel) by clicking the Expo Data button..

20 17) My Account Info In the My Account page you will notice all of your account info is displayed in the far right column of the site. This data can be changed at any time by clicking the corresponding buttons under each bit of information. James Smith Saving Updated Information Any information changed must be saved to take effect. Once you enter the new information, be sure to click the Save button before exiting. If you wish to not make any changes, you can simple click the Cancel button to cancel the edit.

21 18) District Manager Control Panel In the event that you are a District Manager or Owner/Operator of more than one location, this account status allows you to purchase items, track orders and more for multiple locations via a location drop down menu that will be available in the header of your pages once logged in. Changing Locations By clicking the drop down menu in the header, a district manager can get a quick glimpse of each of their locations, including whether or not these locations currently have any items in their shopping ca. By clicking on a new location, you will now be browsing/shopping the site for the chosen location. Locations can be changed at any time while browsing.

22 19) Return Request Form To Complete a return request - Please navigate to HELP and then select product return request form. Then kindly enter in the required information: Invoice Number - The invoice number that contains the item being returned. P.O. Number - If available, the P.O. Number from the invoice. Item Number - This is the BMI Item Code. Quantity - The quantity of the items being returned. This should always be filled out in the number of pieces being sent back. Reason for Return - In this box, please explain the reason for the return for each item (if different). Some reasons may include: Items arrived damaged, accidental order, I ordered too much, no longer need, the wrong item was sent, etc. BMI will review your request and follow up with you.
