1 2019 BCFTOA Conference and Hot Weekend Registration Welcome to registration for the 2019 BCFTOA Annual Conference and Educational Workshop and Hands-On- Training Weekend. The HOT Weekend will be May 25 and 26, 2019 and the Conference will run May 27 to 30, refer to the 2019 BCFTOA Conference and HOT Weekend Information Package at for information about the Conference program and HOT Weekend course offerings. There are several available to Conference participants. Draw for 2020 BCFTOA Conference Registration: Representatives of member fire departments and organizations who register before March 31, 2019 will receive a ballot entry into a draw for 2020 BCFTOA HOT Weekend and Educational Conference registration. On-Line Registration ( use for credit card payments) You may register online by clicking on the Register Now link on the conference webpage at This may be used if you are paying by credit card. If your organization needs an invoice or you want to pay by cheque, please complete the manual registration form below. or Fax Registration ( use for payment by cheque) If you or your organization needs an invoice or wishes to pay by cheque please complete the information below and this registration form back to admin@bcftoa.com or fax to The BCFTOA will send you an invoice for your registration fee. A separate registration needs to be completed for each participant. Instructions: 1. complete a separate form for each participant. Under Registration Information, please provide the requested information for the participant that is being registered. 2. also complete the Payment Information section so that we can create and send an invoice for payment of registration fees. note that your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. 3. the option you wish below by marking next to the option(s) you wish to register for. note the option letter (eg. A, B. B1, etc.) as it will let you know which courses that are available to you when you choose your courses. 4. Note that if you select Option A Full Conference and HOT Weekend, Option C Full Conference or Option D Spousal Program, the conference meal package is included. This includes the Vendor Dinner and Awards Banquet so you do not have to select them separately. 5. the courses you wish to take based on the option you. For example: If you select Option B, then only the courses that have a B next to them are available to you. The column lists all of the that the course can be associated. If you see something like A, B, B1 and you B, then you can sign up for it. People who A or B1 can also sign up for this course. 6. Keep in mind that you cannot select courses that have conflicting or overlapping times. For example you cannot pick two courses in the same time frame. Nor can you pick Day 1 of one two-day course and Day 2 of another. Our registration system checks for those conflicts when we enter the information. 7.
