1 NOTICE OF WORKPLACE HARASSMENT PREVENTION MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT The University of the Arts strives to provide an educational, working, social or living environment for all faculty, staff, students, independent contractors and guests, which is free from unlawful harassment. All University of the Arts full and part time faculty and staff are required to participate in the online training program provided by United Educators (UE) aimed at recognizing and preventing harassment. The course Preventing Workplace Harassment in Higher Education must be completed annually as part of UArts commitment to an inclusive and respectful community as well as compliance with federal regulations. New employees must complete the training within 30 days of the first day worked. Current employees must complete the training each year by September 30 th. Division and Department heads should allow time during the course of the day for employees to complete the course. Preventing Workplace Harassment enables employees to take the self-paced training in a practical, convenient way. There are separate course offerings for faculty and staff. The online course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, including a mastery test. The program produces documentation of when an employee took the course and the score achieved on the test. To complete the online training program: Follow the attached instructions provided by United Educators to register and enroll in UE s faculty/staff courses. Once registered and in the system, click on the Launch Learning Program tab in the Workplace Harassment section. Once on the Learning Programs screen, select Workplace Harassment Prevention 113. On the next screen, click on course and then module and then Open. The course should start after selecting Open. 2 Follow these instructions to enroll in UE s online courses: 1. Go to 2. First-time users should select the option to Register Now on the right side of the screen. a. Create a username and provide information for a user profile. b. Be sure to enter a valid address & correct role at your institution *Please contact your training administrator if you are unsure of your role. c. Select the department and position that is most applicable to you d. Enter this institution registration code: 2706-SC37-XY12. (Be sure to include dashes) e. After clicking Register, you should receive an with a temporary password f. Follow the link in the to sign on. g. You will be prompted to enter a new password. 3. 10 7) Once all of the registration fields have been filled-out, hit the Register button at the bottom of the page. You will see the screen below, and will then be ed a temporary password

11 8) Follow the link in the to sign on with your username and the temporary password. You will be asked to create a permanent password. If you experience any difficulties with registering, please contact United Educators web support at uehelpdesk@perceptis.com.

12 9) Please note that your new password must be at least 8 characters long, not contain any spaces, and contain at least one letter, one number, and one special character.

13 10) Moving forward, to log into EduRisk Solutions, simply visit the webpage: and log in with your username and permanent password.
