1 Admin Module Web Site Navigation
2 Click on Twin Hill to return to the homepage at any given time. Click here to log into your account.
3 Your username is your Employee ID number. If your Employee ID number begins with any zeros, please drop them before entering your Employee ID number in the box. Your default password is welcome1.
4 After updating your information, click here to place orders for employees. First, you will need to update your information here.
5 Update your and phone number here. View all credit cards on file. Change your default password from welcome1 to something new. Add/Change your shipping and billing address here.
6 Click here to place orders for employees. You can check on your order status by clicking here.
7 Enter in the employee s ID number here to search for his/her name and account.
8 You can review placed orders by clicking this link. Current allowance amount is listed here. You can begin placing orders by clicking here. You can edit allowance amounts here.
9 Review previously placed orders by clicking on the order number.
10 Adjust and/or create a new allowance. You will be required to enter in an expiration date, such as 12/31/2013.
11 Click continue to proceed.
12 Click Allowance (or Purchase) to start placing an order.
13 Restricted Items will consist of the following garments: Coming Soon: Restricted Items -100% Cotton Alternative Items (for employees who have allergies) -Maternity Items
14 Click Pants/Shorts.
15 Choose between male and female garments. Pants and shorts are both available.
16 Pants and shorts are only available in navy. Even though it s only one option, a color must be selected in order to add it to the shopping cart. Enter in the quantity of cargo pants here. Choose the waist size and inseam hem length. Then click Add to Shopping Cart.
17 Above are the selected items ready to be ordered. If you wish to continue ordering items, such as shirts, then click Return to Shopping. If you need to change the quantity, then change the amount in this box. Then you will need to click Update Shopping Cart below before proceeding.
18 Click on Shirts to show available items. Your choices are short sleeve and long sleeve for both men and women.
19 Choose between navy and white for shirts. Enter in the quantity of shirts here. Enter in the name of the employee here. This name will be embroidered on the shirts. American Airlines policy is that the employee s preferred given first name be used as the name on the shirt. Nicknames, initials and last names should not be entered in this box. Select the size. For long sleeve shirts, you can choose among regular and tall sizes.
20 Once the order is complete, click Continue Checkout.
21 Choose the correct billing address here. The correct allowance amount should be deducted here. Continue to checkout by clicking here.
22 Each employee should have twelve items for his/her original allowance. Three more will be allotted to each employee starting January 1 st of subsequent years. If the employee shows zero allowance and should have a balance, then you can modify his/her allowance (see slides 6,7,8 & 10) to the correct amount. The above message will appear if the employee has zero allowance. Choose the correct billing address here. Continue to checkout by clicking here.
23 Select the correct shipping method. (Allowance items will be shipped via FedEx and purchase items will be shipped via UPS.) Choose the correct shipping address here. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. Make sure that PO Boxes are not listed for the shipping address. Continue to checkout by clicking here.
24 Final review of order and shipping information. Click Submit My Order when ready.
25 Click on Twin Hill to return to the homepage at any given time. Find additional discounts and print coupons here.
26 If you have any questions or concerns, please click here to contact Customer Service.
27 Once employees have their correct measurements, they can click on Fit Guide to determine which sizes would work best for them. Only specific items can be returned. Return forms can be found here. Men s Wearhouse Stores can be located by clicking here. AA employees can receive their correct measurements at any MW store.
