1 Using Facebook Did you know? You can add the Broker Behind You frame to your current profile picture to show your support for the Broker Behind You campaign. It s quick and easy to do, just follow these steps. To add a frame to your profile picture: 1. Go to 2. Once you re in the Facebook frame page, click on the bottom left-hand corner to select which profile you want to use the frame on. Click on the drop-down arrow to pick either your personal Facebook page or your business page to use the frame on. The profile photo for that page should now appear in the image box, on the right-hand side of the page. 3. In the search bar, search for MFAA Broker Behind You, and the MFAA s Your Broker Behind You frame will appear. Click on the frame to select and apply the campaign frame from the menu. 4. If you are not happy with your current profile image, click Change Picture on the top righthand bar, and follow steps 2and To reposition your image, click on Drag to Reposition option and move your photo to suit the frame. To zoom in on your image, click or drag the + option on the grey bar that appears under your image. To zoom out of your image, click or drag the - option on the grey bar. 6. Once you re happy with your image, click the blue button Use as Profile Picture on the bottom right-hand side to save, and you have the end result your official Broker Behind You photo. It will automatically update your profile image of the profile you selected at step 2. For more options to use the Broker Behind You campaign frame on Facebook, you can also customize photos and videos that you take with the Facebook camera. 1

2 For desktop (using Canva) 1. Save the frame and save your image to a convenient location on your desktop. 2. Login or sign-up to Canva (free editing tool). 3. Click Create a Design then under Social Media Posts click the Social Media option. 4. Save the frame to a place on your desktop. Click on the Uploads arrow that appears in the far-left margin of the page, under the left-hand navigation and upload the frame. Click Upload your own images and select the frame. Also, it is recommended to have your preferred image saved in a convenient location. 5. Drag and drop the frame across the white canvas on your screen. It will look like the below image. Tip: make sure the frame fills up the whole canvas, by clicking on the corners of the image, represented as dash dots, and dragging outwards to the corners of the canvas. 7. Next you will need to set-up a frame to allow you to include a photo of yourself or you and your clients. Click Elements found in the far-left margin, and then click Frames on the lefthand navigation bar. 8. Scroll down to find the single square frame (it is located on the far-right column, two frames under the red frame - see image below). Click on the square frame option then drag and drop the square across to the canvas. You should now see a cartoon landscape picture appear over your Broker Behind You frame. You can drag the corners of the frame to make it bigger or smaller. 2

If you are not happy with your image and you want to replace it with another, click on the image and click Delete on your keyboard. Then refer back to step 1 onwards. 12.

To finalise your Broker Behind You photo, click on Uploads in the far left margin again, then upload your preferred photo (it can be a professional headshot or a photo of you and your client). 10. Drag and drop the photo over the frame (see example below). Do not simply click on the image. 11. If you are not happy with your image and you want to replace it with another, click on the image and click Delete on your keyboard. Then refer back to step 1 onwards. 12. Once you re happy with your image, click Download on the top right-hand corner of the aqua-colour strap, then select PNG (recommended) and you have the end result your official Broker Behind You photo. 13. Using Windows, you should see the file appear at the bottom left-hand of your internet browser (or automatically via your Downloads file). Click the file to access and then name it and save in an appropriate location for future use. 3

4 For smartphone mobile (using Canva) 1. Save a copy of the frame and your preferred photo (it can be a professional headshot or a photo of you and your client) onto your phone. 2. Download the Canva app from Apple itunes or via Google Play. You will need to then login or signup to Canva. 3. To start a new canvas, click on the Instagram option, then click on Blank white box on the left-hand side. The Instagram option fits the frame and will be versatile to use on any social media channel (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) (see below image). 4. To upload the frame, tap on the white canvas you will now have access to upload photos from your smartphone. Click on Camera Roll then scroll through your pictures to select the frame. Also, have your preferred image saved in a convenient location 5. Once you click on the frame, it will automatically upload. 6. Click on the + button on the bottom right hand corner, scroll across the panel of options then click Logos. 7. To upload your preferred photo, tap on the +, then click on Camera Roll. To finalise your Broker Behind You photo, scroll through your photos, then tap on your preferred photo (it can be a professional headshot or a photo of you and your client). It will now appear just under your canvas. 8. Tap on your photo, this will automatically upload your photo over the frame. It will look like the below image. Tip: make sure the photo fits the canvas, by clicking on the corners of the image, represented as dash dots, and dragging outwards to the corners of the canvas (see below image). 4

Once you re happy with your image, click Share on the top right-hand corner, then save the photo to your photo and now you have the end result your official Broker Behind You photo (see below image). 11. Using your smartphone, check on your Photos or Camera Roll to see your final Broker Behind You Photo, and save in an appropriate location for future use - and you have the end result your official Broker Behind You photo. 5
