There is a full complement of moulded consumer units from 2 to 19 ways in line. Metalclad units are available from 2 to 31 ways in dual rail format. All units are fully factory assembled and tested incorporating either a 63/100 SPSN isolator or 100A, 2 module, SPSN RCCB (with AC22 isolator duty) as incoming device and requiring only the addition of subcircuit protective devices. The 2000 system is characterised by it s flexibility and ease of installation.

Split busbar and dual tariff version available Bottom mountings provide support from fixing screws 238 Busbar shield for added protection Solid copper busbar Full section 35mm mounting rail to BS 5584/ EN for fixing all 2000 devices and any standard 35mm rail mounting accessory There is a choice of fitting HRC fuse modules, energy limiting 6kA and 10kA MCB s or MCB/RCD combination units within the same enclosure. Single pole isolators can be incorporated into the system as outgoing ways, as can ancillary devices such as timers and contactors etc, by a simple onsite busbar adjustment. Split load units are available in any configuration up to the maximum capacity of the enclosure. Many additional configurations can be supplied in standard enclosures. There are a wealth of cable entries, including a clever easy to use plastic trunking facility. Terminals and wiring space are generous. 12 2000 Consumer unit range Special Consumer Units Moulded and Metalclad Special Consumer Units Directions for ordering Special Consumer Units Special consumer units can use up to 35 modules in the metalclad unit and 21 modules in the moulded unit. The configuration is defined by customer requirements. Eaton s MEM will then make up the unit to requirements made to order, with all Neutral links, Busbars and connect all Isolators and RCCB s where required. Please remember when ordering the units that Isolators and RCCB s both take up to 2 modules. All MCB s and HRC fuses from 5A 30A are only 1 module. Please not that HRC fuses from 35A 45A take up 2 modules. Special consumer units are made to order and are NOT a stocked item.
